Paisley woke up the next morning with her hand hurting. She climbed out of bed. She went to her closet and got dressed than put her brace on. "Paisley?" She turned and looked at Bella. "Are you ready?"

"Let me put my hair up." Bella nodded and walked downstairs to wait. Paisley fixed her hair the way she wants it and walked downstairs. She felt her hand throb and groaned. Bella looked at her worriedly and knew something was wrong. Paisley noticed the look and sighed. "My hand is hurting today." Bella nodded as the two walked out.

Paisley climbed out of the truck and saw Bella on the driver side watching for somebody. She saw the Cullens pull in making Paisley smile. Jasper got out on the driver side and felt happiness. He looked and saw Paisley. He smiled as he walk towards her and her to him. They met half way and smiled. "Good morning darlin."

"Good morning."

"Ready for your second day." Paisley gave him a look making him chuckle. "Or not."

Paisley and Jasper have gotten closer over the week. Jasper has been dying to tell her what they are, but yet he wants to wait. Paisley was falling for Jasper and fast. She loved being around him and how he proves her that she is special. She woke up to her hand hurting once again, but ignored the feeling. She got dressed and made her way out the door, but stopped when she saw Jasper. "Jasper?"

Jasper smiled as she walked over to him. "Ready to go?" Paisley smiled and nodded. She got in as Jasper shut the door before he got in on the driver side. Paisley gasped as her hand kept hurting. "What's wrong?"

"My hand has been bothering me for a week now." She tells him. Jasper pulled over and put the car in park. Jasper grabbed her hand in his and looked at it. He saw she had her brace on and decided to take it off. He saw her hand.

"Paisley." She pulled her hand away. Before she could hide it, Jasper quickly grabbed it making her look at him. "Don't hide your hand."

"It looks horrible." She said. The scars for the surgery she had to have done. Jasper brought her hand up to his mouth and kissed it.

"Everyone has scars Paisley." He tells her. "That is what makes you beautiful. Scars show that your a fighter and its part of you." Paisley smiled as a tear fell. "Is this why you wear a brace."

"Yes." She tells him. Jasper cupped her cheek. She looked into his golden eyes and saw him leaning in. Paisley started leaning in too. They connected as they met half way. Sparks flew and it made the two felt complete. "Wow."

"Yeah. Wow." Jasper responded after they broke apart.

Paisley stood with Jasper as they waited for class. He had her wrapped in his arms. Her hand free from the brace making everyone shock including Bella. Jasper had Paisley go without it. Paisley looked up at him and kissed him. Jasper smiled into the kiss. "Let's get to class."

"Okay."

Later that day, Paisley and Jasper's last class had a free day. The two decided to go to the library for peace and quiet. Jasper found a place where the two could be tow theirselves. Jasper watched Paisley as she searched the section of books in the spot Jasper had found. He smiled as she was searching and decided to sneak up on her. He walked over to her and pushed her against the bookshelf making her gasp.

She turned around in his arms and connected her lips with his. The two couldn't quit. They loved the sparks, the kiss, but this is their first make out session. Paisley was loving every bit till the bell rang. "Shit!" She cried out. Jasper chuckled. He kissed her again making her moan.

"First time of us kissing and yet we can't seem to stop." Jasper replies. Paisley nodded as she kissed him again. "Let's get going before we get kicked out of here."

"Okay." Paisley said. Before she left, she grabbed a book that she loved reading. Romeo and Juliet. Jasper smiled as the two left. They walked out just to see Bella's truck getting hit.

"Is she okay?" Paisley asked.

"Yes darlin'." He replied. Paisley saw Bella and sighed with relief, but was panicking as she remembered that dreadful day. "Hey!" He turned her around and cupped her cheek making her look up. "Your okay." She started crying as he held her close. "Let's get you home." She nodded.

That night, Jasper was in his room when mark walked in. "Alice said that Paisley is okay and is asleep." Jasper nodded. "What's up?"

"She had a panic attack at school." Jasper tells Mark. "She was reliving the moment her parents died."

"Well you helped her." Jasper nodded. "Than she knows that she will be safe as long as you with her." Jasper nodded and decided to hunt. His mind was on Paisley than thought of Melody.

Jasper looked up at the sky with a smile. "Thank you Melody for giving me Paisley." He said. "I still love you and miss you." Jasper sighed. "I will love and protect Paisley with all my heart." He knew Melody would be proud for moving on and protecting what's his.
