I could feel someone gently shake me so I could I wake up. I slowly open my eyes and his pristine blue eyes greet me. I immediately look at the window if we already touchdown. So it seems like ready for the passengers to make it's touchdown as well. There's a crew that already arranged our things and will be deliver to our camp while Mandy and mine would be at the hospital. We're finally arrive here in China!

Once we depart from the plane there's a vehicle that would transport us to our designated location. The whole trip is a pressure. Our countrymen believed in our skills and hands, one failure it could mean a disaster.

We arrive at the Wuhan Medical Arts Hospital, there are many patients that have been rushed to isolation ward and intensive care unit. Many nurses have been walking wobbly. Now I am determine to find a solution to this problem.

We immediately escort to the doctor's lounge where we can change our clothes to PPE and ready for the laboratory. We are given six to seven hours shift. So better eat our lunch and drink supplement before we wear the PPE. We are forced to wear an adult diaper because for the duration of six hours, we are not allowed to take a pee or go to the toilet to have our business there, to eat and drink. And also we are carrying portable oxygen tank on our backs to support us. We are covered from head to toe. Now that we finish our businesses, we are ready to wear these PPE. And we women are forced to drink and take birth-control pills to delay our menstruation.

We head out to the laboratory department and study this new mutated SARS, this coronavirus is deadly like the previous Spanish Flu way back 1918 and it originated here in northern part of the China. Maybe after this chaos, I'll personally request to explore the Tibetan glaciers and take a sample.

In just a matter of days, the cases are fast to increase it's number, so we the medical staffs ordered the government to have a total lockdown to the country and it's neighborhood. Soon, we will file a request to our country, the Philippines to have a closed border for a while to contain the spread of this virus.

We gather so much samples of this virus yet it keep on mutating! And it is getting stronger. It frustrates us to the core. We heard an emergency alarm at room 302, patient Wang Xi, a forty-five year old man who is a positive to this virus. He had both pneumonia in his lungs. We rushed to his room only to witness his heartbeat slowly failing. We immediately put the life support to him. He have to breathe using the ventilator because oxygen hose would still not enough for the patient. We inject him a medicine to boost the patient's immune system. Once the patient is stable we are back to the laboratory.

I keep on formulating the possible vaccine yet it went failed! Numerous sample I've test yet it fails. But one sample caught my attention, I better to revise this. I need to gather different sample from the patients, maybe the blood type would matter and it's dosage.

I collected sample from the patients and ready for isolation of the sample. Since my shift would end less than ten minutes. I have to organize my table and secure that only me and Mandy and other authorize personnel could enter this room.

I went to the disinfection area and change my clothes, but wear protective measures. Good thing China's government cooperates, both sectors. It was clear to see that the disinfection team disinfects the places surely and the delivery men delivers the goods, house to house. Hopefully my country would be this cooperative and well functioned.

My eyes are blurry and my stomach growls. Mandy already went to our housing place. I guess she already ate dinner and have a good rest. My body miss the bed but my stomach growls. I need food to please my stomach.

"You shouldn't be here at this late hour. I guess you must be hungry, here take this bento I'll left it here on the bench. I'll follow the social distancing that has implemented by the government, " Captain Sylvester said. Never ever thought he would be here at this hour.

"Thank you Captain, I'll repay your good deeds soon, " I smile at him and he just nod and step back. I pick up the bento and bow to him. He waved at me and walks away with his hands on his pockets.
