Chapter Two : Memorable Friend

The heavy rain that started since midnight has finally ended as the sun slowly rises. The alarm clock in Alicia's room, rang as it was 7 am, it woke Alicia up from her wonderful sleep. 

"Darn it. I need more sleep. Stupid Alarm. It's just 7 am in the morning huh. Alicia, time to wake up and brace yourself for today! "

Alicia got out of her bed. She felt the freezing cold on her bare feet as she stepped on the floor. She puts on her slippers and headed towards the bathroom. 

(20 minutes later) 

"Malice, understand what I mean that short-hair girls have the higher-ground ? "

Alicia walks downstairs slowly to avoid making loud noise because of the creaking staircase towards the kitchen.

"Told you, I do keep my promises."

Alicia heated up the frying pan, poured some cooking oil into it, and put a few slices of bread into a toaster. 

"Now where are the eggs? Where did I put it, is it under this pile of sausages ."

Alicia cracked few eggs into the frying pan, took out some ham and puts it into the micro

(10 minutes later)

Alicia slowly arranges the ham and cooked eggs within the toast. She then walks upstairs and softly knocks on the Malice's room door. 

"Knock,knock. It's the housekeeper maid! Wake up for your breakfast! "

Malice wakes up slowly from her bed, slowly walks to the door while Alicia is knocking her room's door. Malice opens the door and screams at Alicia for a few seconds.

"What do you want? "

"Uhh...... Breakfast is ready and we need to open up the store in about half an hour. "

"Give me a few minutes, I will come downstairs later Alicia, thanks for the breakfast. "

Malice shuts the door slowly and changes into her manager uniform.

(Later, at the kitchen downstairs )

"One thing is certain Alicia, you do keep your promises. I am glad for hiring you as my cashier ! Delicious."

"Shut up with the compliments already, start eating. Time is running out !"

"Oh yeah, I forgot about that. "

"Malice, I will be heading to your store and open up. Come quickly after you finish eating. Where's the key? "

Malice tossed the key to Alicia, then continued eating the breakfast.

The street used to be filled with people and cars in the morning, now it's just a few people walking on the street, cars are rarely seen on roads. Something must have happened yesterday. 

Alicia arrives at the store, she notices something new on the glass door. She takes the notice down to have a view of the content.
