Chapter III : Another World

The elevator finally arrived at the laboratory. Three of them walked out of the elevator, Kagane took out her small notebook and kept flipping the pages. She then inputs the code onto the door panel. 

"The code is 177013, you two need to remember that."

"Hold up Kagane, why do you tell us about the code? "

"No reason."

"Alicia and I would really like a word with you just before we walk in there."

"Sigh, what is it? "

"You see..... Two police officers showed up at my house just about a few hours ago and they told us that you are related to the rebels. "

"Oh. Is that so? Well, those rebels have no connection with me whatsoever. I have nothing to hide. Those cops are getting overboard with their jokes, I will pay a visit tomorrow. What's their name again? "

"It's something like...... Nate and Kate."

"Well then, can we proceed now? "

"Yes, we can. "

"Oh, no current technology can be brought in there, you bring one of those things there. It could blow up when you arrive there. Leave your technology devices here. "

"Imagine what could have happened if she didn't tell us that earlier. "

They put down their phones, watches into the white transparent box. 

Alicia and Chris walked into the laboratory with Kagane. They couldn't believe their eyes as they gazed upon the fantasy machine. A huge machine on the ground with two empty human pods. 

"So.... Do we just lay in there? "

"Yeah, it's that simple. What's him doing over there?"

"Oh my god! This looks so cool! "

"Yeah, don't mind him. I guess that's how he is? "

"Chris, get in the empty pod since you are so active. I will have a word with Alicia. "

"Sure! "

Chris gets into the pod. 

"Listen closely Alicia, I don't know what will await both of you when you two get there. You two are assigned as Task Force One, your objectives are to collect information from there and return back here using two of this pill. Don't lose it. "

"I guess that's it huh. Alright, anything else you need to inform us before we go? "

"If you die in the fantasy, there's no guarantee you can be revived. Good luck, Two of you. "

Alicia gets into the pod. Kagane activates the Fantasy Machine. She waves to both of them as their pods get transferred away.

Two pods emerged in the night sky of Irenes, shining the sky as people from below watched it crash on [data_unavailable].

"Pull them out of this meteor! Do it fast, we don't want deaths on this ground !"

The soldiers pulled Alicia and Chris out of the wreckage. They looked confused upon inspecting their clothes.

"Take them to Lily. Let her have a view of these two sky-people. "

"Yes, General Rose !"

Alicia woke up, terrified upon looking at the armored soldiers searching her body. She tried to get up but was stopped by the armored soldiers. A white-haired woman pulled out her saber, slowly walked towards Alicia.
