Your Pov

May approached quickly.The bump was visible and you wore an oversized jumper to cover it the best you could.

Your N.E.W.Ts started in the next week or so. You kept ontop of your work but your health was depleting at a somewhat rapid speed. Your due date was in three month time. Remus and yourself were rather on edge.

"We can't keep doing this!"

You said.

"You think i'm happy with us fighting?!"

"Then stop shouting at me for something that's not going to happen!"

You snapped back.

"It might! And i can't stand that happening! You don't understand how i felt going through that!"

"You're right! And I never will but i can tell you that it will be okay! Why won't you listen to me!?"

Tears well up in your eyes.

Remus paused. He noticed how upset he made you.

"I'm sorry. I really am.. Oh I didn't mean to upset..."

He pulled you into an embrace.

"I really am sorry princess.. I just don't want her to have the same childhood as I did.."

He kissed your forehead.

You suddenly clutched your stomach as a overwhelming, stabbing pain hit you. You let out a small scream which alerted Remus.

"Love are you okay?"

He asked, starting to panic.

"I-I I'll be okay..."

"No. Let's go see Poppy."

He suggested, holding you up.

"I'M f-fine really.."

Another pain hit your abdomen.

"I'm not taking no for an answer."

Remus Pov

"This shouldn't be happening..."

Madam Pomfrey said.

'This shouldn't be happening? THIS SHOULDNT BE HAPPENING!?'

I thought to myself, beginning to really get worried.

(Y/N) sat on one of the beds, holding herself up. She looked weak.

"We don't have the facilities for this here."

She stated.

"Premature births are not uncommon but definitely have risks. We really have no other choice but to take her to St. Mungo's."

A million things were running through my head. I couldn't imagine what was going through (Y/N)'s head.

"I'll collet Mr Black and inform the younger Black. You best be on your ways."

Mcgonagall said and bid her goodbye and good luck to (Y/N).

The nurses at St. Mungo's took her to a special ward and set her up. She was crying out in pain.

It was horrific to watch. She kept slipping in and out of consciousness. And i could do nothing to help her except hold her hand and tell her to breathe

April 12th 1976

We sat against the whomping willow. It never seemed to attack us unlike the others.

"I love the weather in April. It's crazy how seasons change so fast. Somedays it rains and other days the sun shines on us all."

(Y/N) said smiling.

She placed two hands on her growing bump.

"Remus?"

She asked, placing her head on my shoulder.

"Yes?"

"Have you thought of any names for her yet?"

(Y/N) asked.

"I do have one."

I said.

"Theodosia."

Her eyes lit up as i gave my suggestion.

"I love it!"

She gleamed.

My hand joined her on her bump.

"Theodosia...You're going to be a great witch one day.."

She said, placed a hand ontop of mine

"Not long now Miss Black."

One of the nurses reassured.

Soon after, a very small baby was pulled away.

"You did it my love. She's here."

I said and squeezed her hand.

There was no cry.

Why isn't she crying?

Then a high pitch whine hit my ears. I felt myself tearing up.
A nurse handed her to me, swaddled up.

"See love. She's okay! You did a great job."

I looked at her then to (Y/N).

"Love..?"

My heart dropped.

Theodosia was taken to be checked over.

"(Y/N)..."

....

"Love talk to me..."

I grabbed her hand and squeezed it.

It was limp...

The nurse checked her heart beat.

It was flat.

I was speechless.

"No..No no no no!"

Sirius eventually joined me in the room. His eyes flooded. Regulus ran in after.
