After the explosion Eva moves to Starling City to be closer to her sister but discovers that every night Felicity is gone. After a month of late nights, Eva returns to Central City and teams up with The Flash, or as he's known to her and his team, Barry Allen. She becomes a superhero of Central City known as Glimmer but eventually decides to give it up for a normal life. What happens when Felicity comes to visit Barry?
