Part #17: If There's A Will, There's A Way.

With our heroes back with Link, they need to work together to defeat the Silver Lynel. If they are going to defeat the Lynel they need to be careful and weary of his attacks. With our heroes defending the fort, they are completely depending on their remaining forces who are flanking the enemy. If they time the flank wrong, then our heroes have already lost the battle and might not come home.

Alex: Go on and help the others! You did the best you can…
 
Jj: I’m not done just yet!
 
Alex: I can’t risk losing you-
 
Jj: Just put your faith in me…
 
Alex: Fine… But if things get heated… You get out. Got it?
 
Jj: Just remember, I’m older than you.
 
Alex: But you don’t have enough experience like me.
 
Jj: *Smiling* Let’s just beat this guy.
 
Reyes: Are you done dilly-dallying?
 
Alex: So… Reyes. I’ll give you one chance to surrender…
 
Reyes: I don't surrender…
 
Jj: Famous last words…
 
Alex & Jj: *Rushing towards Reyes at the same time*
 
Reyes: *Going on the defensive, he blocked both of his attacks, parrying both*
 
Jj: *Thrown off balance*
 
Alex: *Regaining his balance, he threw an attack*

Reyes: *Blocking that attack, he pommeled him with his sword*
 
Alex: *Getting dazed, he couldn’t see his strike*
 
Reyes: *Grazing Alex’s arm with his sword, he went for another attack*
 
Jj: *Pushing aside Alex, he blocked the attack and kicked Reyes away*
 
Reyes: *Staggering backwards, he recovered and smiled at him* Hmph…
 
Jj: Impressed ya?
 
Reyes: No… You just made me a bit more angry… *Rushing towards Jj, he swung his sword at him*
 
Jj: *Blocking his attack, he went for another attack*
 
Reyes: *Parrying his attack, he countered him*

Jj: *Unable to recover, he felt the cold steel cut his leg, causing him to cry out in pain*
 
Reyes: *Kicking him in the chest, Jj was once again on the ground defenseless* Thought you were going to put up a fight like before…
 
Jj: *Groaning, he tried to get back up*
 
Reyes: And here I thought you had skill…
 
Alex: *Yelling, he charged at Reyes*
 
Reyes: *Surprised, he began to block*
 
Alex: *Swiping his sword from right to left, he wasn’t able to get a hit in*
 
Reyes: *Getting overwhelmed by his attacks, his guard weakening*
 
Alex: *Doing a heavy strike, he broke Reyes’s guard*
 
Reyes: *Stumbling backwards, he was open for an attack*
 
Alex: *Thrusting his sword towards him*
 
Reyes: *Dodging to the right, he wasn’t quick enough, leaving a scar on his face*
 
Alex: Jj, get up now!
 
Jj: *Getting up, he readied his sword*
 
Reyes: You will regret that boy…
 
Jj: I think you ticked him off…
 
Alex: You think?
 
Reyes: *Charging, he shoved Jj down and focused on Alex*
 
Jj: *Recovering from that shove, he ran back into the fight*
 
Alex: *Clashing with Reyes*
 
Reyes: *Seeing Jj coming towards him, he slipped out of the clash and tripped him to the dirt*
 
Jj: *Attacking Reyes, his attack was blocked*
 
Reyes: *Headbutting him, he kneed him in the gut, then threw him aside*
 
Alex: *Tackling him towards the dirt, dropping his sword and his own, he punched him in the face*
 
Reyes: *Throwing him off, he reached for his sword and swung towards Alex*
 
Alex: *Avoiding the blade, he dove for his sword*
 
Jj: *Recovering, he charged Reyes*
 
Alex: *Grabbing his sword, he blocked an attack from Reyes*
 
Reyes: *Seeing Jj, he pushed Alex away then as soon as Jj reached him he ducked and threw him towards the dirt*
 
Jj: *Dropping his sword, as he roughly landed he was stopped from getting up by Reyes*

Alex: *Rushing towards him he was stopped by Reyes*
 
Reyes: One more move, he’s dead…
 
Jj: *Staying in place, he tried to reach for his sword*
 
Reyes: Go for that sword, you are a dead man…
 
Jj: *Stopping he tried not to move*
 
Reyes: You both have failed... 
 
Alex: You seem to forget, if there is a will, there is a way... 
 
Reyes: Touching words… nonetheless your friend will die …
 
Jj: *Closing his eyes, he winced in fear*
