~Alex’s Pov~
Alex: *Blocking an attack, he counter-attacked him*
Jack: *Dodging it, he shoved him with his shoulder*
Alex: *His back hitting a wall, he barely dodged a strike by Jack*
Jack: *Pulling the sword out of the stone wall, he stood his distance* You're slowing down again Alex.
Alex: Give me a rest, I’m not an all magical human like you.
Jack: I’m not all magical, I just happened to learn a few tricks along the way.
Alex: *Charging him, he attacked first*
Jack: *Blocking his attack, he headbutted him*
Alex: *Stumbling backwards, he almost didn’t notice Jack’s attack*
Jack: *His attack getting blocked, he went on the offensive*
Alex: *Blocking most of his attacks, he didn’t see the kick to his shin*
Jack: *Making him drop his sword, he was rendered defenseless, so he raised his sword*
Alex: *Regaining his focus, he charged Jack and tackled him into the ground*
Jack: *Dropping his sword, he was left defenseless*
Alex: *Raising his fists, he punched him across the face multiple times*
Jack: *Unable to block his attacks, he felt around and held onto some sand to throw into Alex’s eyes*
Alex: *Now blind, he got pushed off and tried to get the sand off*
Jack: You almost had me there bud.
Alex: *His vision blurry, he saw Jack coming towards him, sword in hand*
Jack: *Raising his sword, he swung towards Alex*
Alex: *Dodging the attack, he saw his sword and went for it*
Jack: *Snapping his fingers, he threw a fireball directly at him*
Alex: *Reaching his sword, he finally noticed the fireball coming at him, and was late to react to the attack, catching his arm on fire*
Jack: *Running towards him, ready to attack*
Alex: *Putting the fire out on his arm, his sleeve partially burnt, he saw Jack coming towards him and couldn’t respond fast enough*
Jack: *Swinging his sword, he manage to hit Alex*
Alex: *Kneeling down, he examined his wound and saw that it had cut through his chestplate*
Jack: *Chuckling*
Alex: *Ignoring it, he picked up his sword and prepared himself to attack*
Jack: Are you ready?
Alex: Always am…
Jack & Alex: *Charging at each other again*
- Scuttle Town, Town Square -
|Afternoon|
~Jj’s Pov~
Bolo: *Being held up by Mimic* Mimic! This isn’t you!!!
Shadow Mimic: *Throwing him against a wall*
Bolo: *Hitting the wall, he was knocked unconscious*
Jj, Sean, Cody, & Rottytops: *Charging Mimic, they had a plan on removing the object*
Sean & Cody: *Immobilizing him*
Rottytops: *Holding down his arms making sure he doesn’t move*
Jj: *Getting behind his head, he pulled on the object*
Shadow Mimic: *Yelling, he resisted and got a bit stronger*
Rottytops: HURRY UP!!!
Sean: I can’t hold any longer!
Shadow Mimic: *Screaming, he ripped Jj off his back and threw him against the dirt, then grabbed Rotty and threw her right into Cody*
Cody & Rottytops: *Groaning on the floor, they both couldn’t get back up*
Shadow Mimic: *Grabbing Sean, he raised him up*
Sean: Wait! Not again!
Shadow Mimic: *Throwing him against a wall next to Bolo*
Sean: *Unable to move, he was left unconscious*
Shadow Mimic: *Walking towards Jj, he picked him up by the collar and raised his fists*
Jj: *Feeling groggy, he couldn’t raise his hands in defense* Mimic, this isn’t you… You're an inventor, not a fighter… Fight it!
Shadow Mimic: *Still holding his fist up*
Jj: *Wincing, he prepared himself for the punch, but heard glass breaking and felt himself drop down on the floor*
Austin: Oh crap…
Shadow Mimic: *Turning around, facing Austin*
Austin: *Slowly backing up*
Jj: *Trying to get back up, he had to lean against some boxes to get up*
Shadow Mimic: *Approaching Austin, he was then stopped by a familiar person*
Shantae: Uncle Mimic! Stop!
Shadow Mimic: *Now approaching Shantae, he showed no remorse*
Shantae: *Backing up, she tried to find another way to fight without hurting Uncle Mimic*
Austin: *Jumping on Mimic, he started tugging on the object*
Shadow Mimic: *Yelling, he pulled Austin off and threw him to the ground*
Austin: *Groaning, he couldn’t stand up*
Shantae: Leave him alone! Uncle Mimic!
Shadow Mimic: *Charging towards Shantae*
Jj: *Getting up, he ran to check on Austin* Austin, you alright?
Austin: *Coughing* My everything hurts…
Jj: How bad?
Austin: Ten out of Ten… I’m in bad shape…
Jj: *Dragging Austin, he laid him against a box* Just stay here, ok?
Austin: You won’t see me moving…
Jj: *Looking around, he saw Miguel, Bolo, Sean, Cody and Rottytops get back up*
Miguel: My head…
Cody: You should’ve seen what happened earlier…
Sean: We got owned…
Bolo: C’mon, let’s get back in the fray.
Jj: Miguel, take care of Austin.
Miguel: Fine by me…
Jj: *Regrouping with his friends*
Sean: What’s the plan?
Jj: Find a way to get that thing off him…
Bolo: That plan still needs work…
Jj: It’s getting there…
Miguel: Let’s just try to not harm him…
Rottytops: Hopefully.
Jj: Let’s go guys!

~Alex’s Pov~
Alex: *Blocking an attack, he looked to his left out the window he saw his friends fighting off Mimic*
Jack: *Shoving Alex against the wall, his sword nearing his neck*
Alex: *Pushing against his sword, his strength wasn’t able to outmatch Jack*
Jack: Focus on the fight, or else.
Alex: Always am! *Shoving him away, he got back into the fight*
Jack: *Snapping his fingers, he threw a fireball at him*
Alex: *Dodging the fireball, he was able to notice Jack’s attack*
Jack: *Swinging his sword towards him*
Alex: *Ducking under his attack, he countered him*
Jack: *Walking past him, he felt the cut as he took a knee*
Alex: An eye for an eye…
Jack: *Getting angry, he charges Alex*
Alex: *Preparing himself, he blocked all the attacks Jack dealt*
Jack: *Closing in on Alex with each attack*
Alex: *Blocking his attacks, his back now up against the wall*
Jack: *Clashing with Alex, he headbutted him*
Alex: *With that attack, he was dazed and open for an attack*
Jack: *After headbutting him, he kneed him in the gut and slammed him against the wall*
Alex: *Coughing, and on the ground*
Jack: Just like you said Alex!
Alex: *Grunting, he tried to get back up*
Jack: *Grabbing him by the hair, he pulled him up* An eye for an eye!
Alex: *Groaning, he punched him in the face*
Jack: *Unfazed, he charged him against the wooden part of the empty room, and broke it by throwing him to a roof down below*
Alex: *Groaning, he saw his sword lay far from him*
Jack & Alex: *Finding themselves on a roof of another house*
Jack: *Landing on the roof, all sinister like*
Alex: *Crawling towards his sword, slowly getting up with each step forward*
Jack: What happened to the “Great” Alex? What happened to the hero?
Alex: I’m just getting my bearings Jack! *Making his way towards the sword*
Jack: *Walking slowly, menacingly*
Alex: *Crawling a bit faster, he was reaching his sword*
Jack: You won’t win Alex… You’re beat...
Alex: *Reaching his sword, he grabbed it and held it, then slowly stood up to face Jack*
Jack: *Stopping, having a stand-off against Alex*
Alex: I’m beat… Huh?
Jack: *Smiling*
Alex: *Smiling back* Think again…

|Afternoon|
~Shantae’s Pov~
Jj: *Shaking his head, he got back up*
Sean: Sure we don’t need another plan?
Jj: This plan is working just fine!
Sean: It’s not…
Shantae: We gotta get that thing off him!
Miguel: That was the plan!
Bolo & Rottytops: *Getting flung backwards next to their friends*
Bolo: My everything….
Shantae: I’ll try to get that thing off him!
Sean: And all of us should work on keeping him restrained.
Jj: Our turn, c’mon!
Jj: *Leading Miguel, Sean, Cody & Shantae*
Shadow Mimic: *Seeing them approach, he prepared himself*
Miguel, Sean, Cody & Jj: *Holding down Mimic’s arms, they made sure he couldn’t break through*
Jj: *Struggling to keep Mimic restrained* Hurry up!
Shantae: *Hopping onto Mimic’s back, she started tugging on the object*
Shadow Mimic: *Yelling, he tried to reach and grab Shantae, but with her friends restraining him, he couldn’t escape*
Shantae: It’s almost out!
???: *Kicking Shantae off of Mimic’s back*
Shantae: *Recovering from the kick, she saw who kicked her*
Shadow Sky: *Then grabbing Jj and Sean, she threw them off of Mimic*
Jj & Sean: *Getting thrown into a wall*
Jj: *Groaning*
Shadow Mimic: *Throwing Miguel and Cody towards some boxes, they were unable to fight*
Shadow Sky & Mimic: *Standing next to each other, walking towards Shantae*
Shantae: Not you too…
Bolo & Rottytops: *Standing beside Shantae*
Bolo: Not Sky…
Rottytops: We can help her, we just gotta get that thing off her.
Shantae: Right.
Bolo: Ready?
Shantae: Yup!
Rottytops: Yes.
Shantae, Bolo & Risky: *Charging Sky and Mimic*

~Alex’s Pov~
Alex: *Attacking head on, his attacks were blocked*
Jack: *Blocking his attacks, he then retaliated*
Alex: *Parrying his swing, he knobbed him across the head with the pommel*
Jack: *Staggering backwards, open for an attack*
Alex: *Shoving him towards another wall, he hit him against the hilt*
Jack: *Recovering, he punched him against the gut and pushed him away*
Alex: *Staggering backwards*
Jack: *Swinging his sword, he disarmed Alex*
Alex: *Dropping his sword, not knowing where*
Jack: *Kicking Alex away from him*
Alex: *Stumbling backwards, he almost fell off the roof*
Jack: Careful “Hero”. Wouldn’t want the fight to end so soon.
Alex: You would’ve liked that… Wouldn’t you?
Jack: Eh… This fight is getting boring… How about we spice things up… *Lighting his sword ablaze, this fight was just getting started*
Alex: *Looking behind him, he saw his sword stuck upright*
Alex’s mind: If I stand a chance against him, I gotta get my sword…
Alex: *Glaring, he eyed his sword*
Jack: You want your sword? Come and get it…
Alex: Planning on it…
Jack: *Charging Alex, he swung from right to left*
Alex: *Dodging each attack, he then rolled towards his sword*
Jack: *Surprised, he raised his sword on high and attacked Alex*
Alex: *Grabbing his sword, he blocked his attack*
Jack: *Pushing down on his sword, putting strength behind his push*
Alex: *Pushing back, he tried not to give in*
Jack: You’re getting tired!
Alex: Tired or not! I won’t give in!
Jack: *Using his magic, he lit the sword on fire*
Alex: *Feeling the heat burn against his face, he persevered through it*
Jack: Things are heating up now!
Alex: *Having a plan, he kicked him off of him and stood back up*
Jack: *Rolling backwards, he recovered from the kick*
Alex: Yeah, it is!
Jack & Alex: *Charging each other, they clashed once again*
Alex: *Pushing against his sword*
Jack: *Lighting his sword on fire again and pushed against Alex’s sword*
Alex: *Struggling*
Jack: *Overcoming him, having the height advantage*
Alex: *Forcing to take a knee, he wasn’t holding out any much longer*
Jack: *Raising his sword, he kept attacking at the same exact spot*
Alex: *His block getting weaker*
Jack: *Disarming him*
Alex: *Laying on the ground, all weak and defenseless, he tried to get back up*
Jack: *Sticking his sword into the roof upright*
Alex: *Groaning*
Jack: Shh… Just let it happen…
Alex: *Feeling Jack’s hands on his head, electricity began to surge through his body, he began to black out*

~Shantae’s Pov~
Shadow Mimic: *Swinging his big arms around, trying to hit Shantae and Bolo*
Shantae: *Dodging Mimic’s attack*
Jj: You and the others almost got it with Uncle Mimic?
Shantae: With Sky around, we can’t get anywhere near the object.
Jj: All of us are trying to keep Sky busy.
Sean: *Getting kicked into a market stall, he took a breather*
Jj: Barely…
Austin: Since when did she learn those moves?
Jj: Comes with the object, because… Well you kicked our butts.
Austin: Right.
Shantae: Bolo, Rottytops and I got Uncle Mimic, just try and get that thing off her please.
Austin: Well… We’ll certainly try.
Jj: You can count on us!
Shantae: Thanks guys!
Jj: Let’s go!
Austin: Right behind ya…
Shantae: *Charing back into the fight, she regrouped with Bolo and Rotty, having a plan in mind*
