7: Thief

     This short is similar to the previous one. Chloe and Barry are in college.

     Similar to Barry and I's "first date", I found myself up in his room again, watching comedy specials and romance action movies. One moment in particular that made me smile was when the beginning of the movie commenced. During the opening credits, the song: "My Type" by Saint Motel began playing. Both Barry and I perked up at the same time and said in unison: "I LOVE THIS SONG!". Barry then looked down at me with smile.
    "I think this is going to work out well", Barry responded before placing a big kiss on my cheek and pulling me closer to him.
     The movie was completed with numerous changes of cuddle position and many kisses placed generously to my cheeks. But after the movie, Barry and I had one of our intense conversations. One of the first times we ever hung out we stayed up until 6 in the morning, so it wasn't hard to get in deep with him.
     At some point in the conversation as I was nuzzled into his chest, Barry went to kiss me on the cheek and ended up kissing the corner of my mouth. I blushed. He stole my first kiss...I thought.
     "Sorry", he responded. "I didn't mean to".
     "It's okay," I responded, placing a hand to his chest. I looked up at him intently, and he gave me that same look. This time he actually leaned in. Time froze as his lips grazed mine, and eventually connected with mine. It wasn't the most ideal first kiss, but it was certainly one I'd remember forever. I've never kissed anyone up to that point, but the awkwardness of the first one was over. I just couldn't believe that he stole it from me. What an interesting first kiss story to share! Little Thief!
