Making my way to my cousin's place at 8 in the evening. I know I didn't make a promise but still she's among my closest and she was really good to me back then so I should go. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by heavy booze and laughters accompanied by aromatic foods of different kind. Some of my uncle greeted me saying i's been a long time, asking what I have been up to, where my father is, if I finished my studies and a lot of other things that I answered in a polite way. Soon enough my parents and my younger brother arrived but didn't stay for long. They just exchanged a few stories together. I made my way up the rooftop joining some of my cousins and some visitors when two of the visitors recognized me.
"Reina, right?" I looked at the man trying to recognize where have we met but nada. "We used to be on the same class for Crim3 during your 2nd semester, you're a freshman back then." I nodded. I could barely remember my classmates then because it was an advance subject. I wasan irregular student back then so my subjects aren't fixed one that only should be for freshmen. Crim3 was a combination of 2nd year students and some seniors who had to retake the subject. "I'm Anthony." he excitedly introduced himself.
"I was on the same subject with you too. I'm Jake. But I bet if you could still remember us. You only hang out with your blockmates anyway." another man said.
"I'm sorry. I'm not really a passive one." I smiled, a bit happy that somehow some people still remember me unlike some whom I thought I was close with literally had forgotten all about me.
"Guys!" Anthony suddenly announced wrapping his arm on my shoulder but i wasn't bothered at all. "This is Reina. She used to be Jake and I's classmate. Damn! I'm amazed at this girl back then that I couldn't forget her at all. Our subject was always all about reporting and she did so amazing. Her report was so clear and accurate. She used english and didn't even stutter one bit. All of us understood everything that we couldn't even ask a question. I though 'damn! she looks like a reporter I watch on TV'." I laughed and blushed at his statement. He just announced that so loudly that even my relatives downstairs heard it all.
"Yeah! she was amazing. Despite for a fact that she's also working 12hours at night and goes to class in the morning." I looked at James, despite the dim light on the rooftop I recognized him, heused to walk pass by my working place before and sometimes as a customer. "She wasn't that smart but she did left us an impression."
"That's my younger cousin after all." Jessica said smiling to me.
The night went well, I was introduced to everyone that I had forgotten in morning due to the beer I had taken in. I slept it off the whole day since it's my off.
IG is my pass time, scrolling through the post putting a like to each and every posts. And watching some random videos and meme too. That's what I did after waking up and cleaning. It's a bit of completing my day anyway. I stopped scrolling own when I saw a picture of N. Would it be too bad to wish for an older brother like him? I smiled at my own thought. I have always admired N since MyDol. His dancing skills are just too amazing, his unique voice. He's not my bias anyway it was the maknae that captures most of my attention, Han Sang Hyuk. Technically all members are just bias wreckers. Leo's sweet voice, Ken's enticing powerful vocal, Ravi's unique voice that matches his rap style, Bin's visuals but of course everything about the maknae is just too attention grabber. From maturity to being savage and being naughty. Guess I just watched how he revolved from innocent maknae to a mature one.
Exiting from IG I also opened my Wattpad due to continuous notifs that needs to be updated. Mostly are fiction fantasy or fanfics. It was just too many for me to mention. When night came, I made my way for a walk to tire myself out.
Sitting by a waiting shed shuffling through my phone making myself busy as time goes by. When someone suddenly approached me.
"Hi!" he greeted that I just smiled in response. "I just noticed you're alone. I'm Bryan by the way, I live there." he said pointing at the house on the opposite side.
