Chapter 12

Zeke POV

As we walk to the kitchen I see Jess smiling happily. We walk In and I see that Neds in the kitchen.

"So what should we make?" Jess says opening the closet.

"Pick something you want." I walk over and sit next to Ned.

"Aren't you suppose to be finding jesses mom?"

"Got to eat first before I go and lock myself I'm a small computer room." He says stuffing his face with chips.

Jess puts a box down in front of Ned and I.

"Well then your going to need real food then." She looks at Ned and smiles.

"Ohhh what ya makin??"

"How about baked Mac and cheese with some meat?" She leans on the table with a smirk.

"What kind of meat?" Ned ask back leaning on the table.

"How abouttt chicken?"

"Oh yes! I love chicken!" Ned says jumping out of his seat.

"Good I'll start then." She heads for the stove and starts getting the pots and everything else she'll need.

"So Jessica, how come your not weirded out that I've got to search for your mom?" Ned ask sitting back down.

I wonder that to.

"Is it supposed to be weird?"

"Well yeah it's your mom." Ned says

"Yeah, but I don't know her really, I mean I don't remember much about her. So to me it's a stranger. And if you find her, I might be able to meet my mom."

"Deep." Ned says and Jess laughs. "I guess it is Huh?" She says.

"Alright boys come and help me."

"Ok, get up Ned she said boys." I say getting up.

"What? I am not a boy. And if you would have let me take you on a date, you would know." He says walking up to Jess. I know he's joking but I still don't like it.

"Ned"

He comes by me and whispers "I know I know she's yours."

"Wha?"

"Oh come on, you totally like this girl." We whisper to each other.

"Get over here and help!" Jess shouts at us.

"Yes ma'am!" We both run and help her make the food. 

Back when Zeke and Jess left the office(Wills pov)

"Why do we need Mary?"

"She's the one who put Aleu In your daughter, and at the moment I really don't think Mary put a curse on her daughter, the little girl she loved so much." Scott says.

"Then how come she said she cursed her?"

"Maybe to protect both of you from knowing whatever is going on." Scott says. "What did she say over the phone."

"I told you, she said she was sorry. Then hanged up, guess she got caught or something."

"We are bringing her here after Ned finds her."

"How do you know that kid can find her, she's been missing for 15 years now." I say. I don't believe that kid can find her.

"That kid, as you put it, has found tons of people, he's the best in the business."

"Fine."

Jessica POV (back in the kitchen)

"That's not how you do it Ned!"

"Well then you show me!" Ned yells back to me.

"Do What Zeke is doing!"

"How do I do that! He's skilled!" Ned shouts back at me.

"Zeke!"

"Come here Ned." Zeke says calmly.

"Dude she's crazy!" I hear Ned whisper to Zeke.
"Yea, maybe but it's funny." I hear Zeke say back to Ned. "You've got a screw loos if you think that's funny." Ned whispers back.

"Oww!" I hear the boys yell.

"I don't like people talking behind my back, also learn how to whisper Ned."

"So you throw a spoon and our heads!"

"Yes, now stop crying like a baby, and start cooking."

"How come Zeke isn't yelling like me about a spoon to the head?"

"Because he's cursing under his breath right now."

"I doubt that." Ned says.

"What to bet?"

"Sure $10?"

"Yep" I say. "Go and see"

Ned walks over to Zeke and of course he's cursing under his breath. Ned the walks back to me and slaps a 10 dollar bill in my hand.

"Pleasure doing business with ya!"

"Shut up."

"Now back to cooking!"

"Ugh!" I hear Ned start complaining under his breath.
