"are you hyejin-shi?" hearing a male voice, she clicks a button on the vending machine.

turning around, she smiles. "yes, that's me."

"okay, you won't believe what happened!" he exclaims making the black haired girl forget all about her drink.

raising an eyebrow in curiosity. "what?"

"many people trashed the ceo's office."

at those words, she rushes to the office. a huge commotion being made as many coworkers from different work areas gather around, watching it. assistants coming in and out of the office's doors.

"people managed to break in." seulgi whispers to hyejin.

books, papers, and her chair was thrown around, being a big mess.

"shit..why would anyone do this?" hyejin tiptoes to get a better view.

the crowd of coworkers look at her in confusion. "what do you mean? you're the one that started this."

"what are you talking about?"

a girl speaks up. "your courage inspired others to revolt like you, to get revenge."

"i've never tried to start anything, you guys are all so messed up for thinking that this is justifying." hyejin coldly speaks, walking out from the crowd.

her steps leads her to barge into the boss's office, finding byulyi kneeling down and picking up the mess.

she just looks so stressed out and tired, she was almost like a little kid.

hyejin just stares, feeling sad and all she wants to do is to hug the girl. but she stops herself, kneeling down next to her, she picks up the papers off the ground.

"i'm sorry that this happened." she softly speaks. "and i'm sorry for accidentally causing this, it was never my intention to."

the blonde haired woman stares at hyejin, for the longest.

"ah fuck, i shouldn't have apologized." she starts to regret.

but without saying anything, byulyi goes back to picking up the papers.

surely but strangely, there is a peaceful air between the two as they clean and help the assistants and staffs out.

byulyi gives hyejin a small nod, signaling for hyejin to return back to her cubicle. she listens, walking out of her office.

everyone stares at her, feeling betrayed and disbelief.

"you betrayed us hyejin." a voice emerges.

the black haired girl dryly laughs in disbelief. "i never betrayed anyone. i never supported this and you are all sick for even doing that."

before anyone could say anything, hyejin walks off into her area of where she works and goes back to doing her job.

"good job!" she hears two girls in front of her.

looking up, both seulgi and seungkwan has their thumbs up while smiling brightly.
