Meanwhile, 3 hour later...

" Oppa where is SinB ? "

" She will be there when we get there. "

" Okay. "

Yerin was excited to see SinB, but she didn't show it to her members. She gave a really coil look. The members were worried. What if Yerin didn't care about SinB anymore ?

Upon arriving at the venue, Yerin was about to open the door when someone opened it for her, when she looked up, deep down she was smiling, but today, she decided to play hard to get. She nodded at SinB and whispered a thanks in her ear before walking out with the group. SinB was slightly shock. She thought to herself: Did she already move on ? Was I too late ? SinB wasn't the only one who was worried, the other members were worried too but when they saw SinB, the couldn't be happier. They gathered for a group hug before going up on this mini platform to greet the fans. After the greeting, the emcee went to SinB.

" Wow SinB, we have not see you in a year but you still look as good as ever. How was your hiatus ? "

" It was great, did some self reflection and I'm good and ready to contribute back to the group. "

" Is there anyone that you miss the most ? "

" Ta. "

" Ta ? "

" Yah everyone, the group, the loyal fans, manager nim and ceo nim. "

" How about your family ? "

" Of course I do, but during my hiatus, I took the time to visit them. "

" So you didn't touch down today ? "

" Errr, this isn't my first time touching down in korea. " SinB quickly lied.

" Ohhh, what a thoughtful child. How about the rest, who missed SinB the most ? "

Yerin controlled the urge to raise her hand. Before it got any more awkward, Sowon and Umji raised their hands.

" Oh leader and maknae. SinB, how do you feel ? "

" Really honoured, they're my family. "

" Okay I won't hold you back from the award show, please go straight and follow the instructions. "

Gfriend walked off the platform. Usually Sowon would be partnered with Eunha, Yerin and SinB, Umji and Yuju. But today, Yerin decided to change the order, Sowon with Yerin, SinB with Eunha and Umji with Yuju. SinB was getting worried, she needed the award show to go by quickly.

During the award show:

There were many famous kpop groups there such as Exo, Twice, Sistar, WJSN and more. Gfriend were selected in a few categories, best dance, best summer song, fan favourite, top selling album. The whole award show was cool, different idols dancing and other performances but little did anyone know that two people were just fidgeting in their seats, waiting for the event to be over. Then it was time to announce the best summer song. The emcee began:

" So, here are the nominees. WJSN with save me save you, Twice with Dance the night away, Gfriend with Sunny Summer and Exo with tempo. "

Everyone was tense, people were on the edge of their seats and then the emcee announced:

" This year's summer song winner is... "

Silence.

" Gfriend with sunny summer. "

Fans cheered, but Buddies cheered even louder. The group went up on stage to collect their prize. They greeted everyone:

" hello, we are gfriend. "
