A Royal Misunderstanding

Royal Surprise

"All right!" King Roman stepped inside a room that looks like to be a library, but there was also a desk full of science tools and materials. Like test tubes, beakers, bunsen burners, etc.
"This is where the magic happens.. Literally" Roman laughed at his own joke.

Virgil, Patton, and Athena followed inside. All of them let out a small "Woah.." as they look upon the incredible room in amazement.

Roman smirked to the Blues family's being impressed by the room. Knowing all too well at how cool it really looks.

"Anyway, Virgil this is the genius who will be telling you what to do now," the alpha gestured to a man sitting in the desk working on something. The man's head turned back from the other's. But he quickly stopped what he was working on as soon as he heard the king's voice mentioning him.

The king then gets closer to the man, "Everybody! I would like you all to meet the greatest alchemist to ever live..."

The man finally turned around facing the guests with a polite smile.

The Blues Family gasped as they realized who it was,

"Papa, is that—"

"King Logan of Croftsville???"

"Just, Logan please" the alpha alchemist requested, "I insist"

"Logan here is not only a great king, he's also one of the greatest alchemist in the Kingdom!" Roman proudly explained. "Such a kind and generous sport, he's been staying in the castle for many years now, helping us find my brother Remus through his many experiments and magic spells, and what we've got now to test on Virgil, I know that this one may be the best one yet to track my missing bro!"

"All this for getting back your Omega huh?" Patton chuckled as he looks around the room. Although the king and alchemist himself looked quite charming for him to say the least. Too bad that he was already engaged, and of course was indeed a king so he was way out of his league.

Logan has blushed from that response, "All for getting my bride back... Yes, you are indeed correct.."

"Was he beautifwul and nice wike in the stowy?" The curious Athena asked the alchemist king.

Logan smiled, "I can confirm, he really was..."

Patton let out a small "Aw" before asking, "You really love him, don't you?"

Logan fidgeted his fingers hesitantly, "Well... I—"

Roman let out an annoyed and slightly disgusted groan, "Stop it with the mooshy stuff, remind you I am his brother"

"Oh, right" Logan scratched his hair embarrassed "My apologies.."  he coughed awkwardly before facing the pale guard. "You're Virgil Blues, am I correct?"

The Beta nodded.

Logan smiled, "Very well.." the alchemist king stood up and grabbed a bottle filled with green sparkly liquid, most resembling like a sort of potion.

"This is a teleportation potion" Logan explained, carefully holding it. "This potion can safely transport you to another place or dimension that hopefully gets you where Remus is."

"Wait.." Virgil interrupted "Hopefully?"

"I must admit, for years I've worked on this potion, this is the only time where I tested it on rats and it successfully transported them someplace else..." the alpha clarified. This made the beta slightly unsure.

"Although, no worries.. I've also tracked the rats when they got teleported" he then grabs an octagon shaped device. As he turned it on, it showed a map with a red target spiraling on it, "The red spot you see right there, that's the rat."
