The next day the whole Mumbai was bazing with the news of what had happened yesterday, the newspapers and the tv were showing everything excluding the news that subhedra killed her husband and now people know that arnav Singh Raizada is the first son and heir of the Mallik family.

Some tv were sympathetic with how subhedra had handled the situation and others were criticizing the Mallik family for ruining Ratna's life and that nothing can be hidden forever as the past came haunting them again, the people who use to praise them now they were the ones shaming them and insulting them.

Subhedra who was watching and reading all the news was furious with what the reporters were saying about her family and she knew some stories were being exaggerated, but  she cannot do anything about it, other than to sit and watch as everything she worked hard for collapse but she was not someone who gets defeated so easily.

The tv was now reporting that dev Mallik impregnated ratna Raizada because his wife Mohini could not get pregnant and when his wife got pregnant he abandoned ratna and his son.

Dev: ma stop watching the news and come have breakfast.

Subhedra: late me watch, I want to know what they are saying about me and this family.

Dev: amma I think  it is time  now that we accept our mistakes and tell the truth,  it is true that I used ratna for my own benefit and arnav is my son.

Mohini: what are you trying to say dev? if you accept arnav as your son then sameer will lose out on his birth rights and I won't allow that to happen, we must think of another way out of this mess or we will lose everything and accepting that boy is not the solution.

Dev: even if you try to fight it Mohini, the fact still remains, arnav is my first son and you heard what the lawyer said yesterday and if we don't abide by what the will says we will lose everything and sameer will not get anything and if we take the matter to court, then the whole truth will be revealed and we don't want amma to go to jail.

Mohini: you still don't understand don't you, I did not work my ass off in the Mallik industries just for some barsted son of yours to come and lay claim on it, my son is the rightful owner of everything.

Dev: you still don't understand Mohini, I got call from our lawyer and he was telling me that arnav owns 50% of Mallik industries and we no longer have the majority shares.

Mohini: how?

Dev: do you remember that amma transferred 30 shares to khushi, but the truth is that it was 40% and the other 10% I still don't know how he got it and remember that khushi is a lawyer she might  have transfered the the shares to arnav and even amma trusted her and she did not even read the papers she just signed.

Mohini: that girl really played us for fools and we just agreed to her demands and now we will repent for it.

Dev: yes, let's agree she played us for fools but now we have no choice than to go to arnav before we lose everything and this news will also destroy Mallik industries and I am sure he does not care but if we lose the business then we are done.

Subhedra was quietly listening to everything that dev was saying and she got up without saying anything and she went to her room and she was followed by sameer who was standing there listening to the whole conversation quietly and he decided to follow his grandmother, when mannoroma came in there fuming with anger.

Mannoroma: bhai were is your son sameer?

Dev: what do you want with him

Mannoroma: just tell me were he is, or call him down here.
