So! I've decided to mix it up a little because I could choose! So here it is! The reveal of Cayden's form!
𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙙 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣'𝙨 𝙋𝙊𝙑
—"CAYDEN IS A-"
A sharp pain shot through quadrid's body, so painful it made them drop on their knees.
Carson's mates rushed to his side but was stopped by an invisible force. The force circled around Carson as he yelled out in pain. His numbing powers were useless against this. It was horrible.
Dante and Matthew yelled in anger and sadness because of what their final piece to their relationship is going through. How badly they wanted to help him, but the force prevented them from doing so.
The pups were huddled in the corner of the living room, watching the scene of their parent scream in pain. Sobs wracked through their tiny bodies and a river of tears fell down their chubby faces.
Carson felt his bones crack and break. It felt like the first time he shifted.
"Wait, are we... shifting?" Cayden asked through gritted teeth. All four of them felt this pain. It was horrible.
"I think we are!" Chandler managed to yell out.
The feeling of... feathers growing from their pale skin was odd. The skin slowly turning into black feathers, the very tips a dark navy blue.
The hybrid started to shrink a little.
After a few moments, the house was quiet. Not a sound until a gasp was heard.
In the place where the hybrid was, now stood a Harpy Eagle.
The eagle was much bigger than the actual species. All black, dark ocean eyes, midnight black feathers with navy blue tips, and sharp yellow claws.
This bird was massive.
Cayden took control, taking advantage of Carson's shock. He spread his wings and internally gasped at the width of it. His wingspan was 7'1. His height was 4'0. A foot taller than the actual bird.
Suddenly, Cayden felt the tip of his back tail burn. As if it was on fire.
And on fire it was.
It didn't burn anything, it stood in place. Unharmful to his mates and pups. And basically anyone he says. The fire glowed a dark navy blue, then fading into a black.
"Woah."
Camron watched in amazement. Chandler was excited. Carson was in wonder.
"Wow."
OKAY! So I made it so like Cayden's form is a slight mix of a bird of some type (aka a eagle) and a Phoenix! The fire at the end of his tail is black. To match with his feathers!
Fun fact!:
The Harpy Eagle is the biggest eagle in its species!
The actual length of the bird is 36-40 inches ( or 3-3'4 in feet!) and the wingspan is actually 6.5 feet (2 meters)!
I've made it so that the length and wingspan are bigger because well our Carson is quite the special one. And because this is complete fiction!
I hope you guys don't mind my choice of form for Cayden! And not offended if I didn't choose your idea, I'm sorry for that!
Next chapter is going to be how I visualize the characters animal form besides Cayden's because there is most likely not going to be there.
I won't do a character cast because I want you to believe who you want them to look like!
