Josephine POV
Why hello Mark. Didn't expect you here." I smirk. I am surprised he is here, but it doesn't matter. He is going to St. Paul, oh how fun this will be. He widens his eyes and rolls his head back.
I notice his friends staring at me and Jas. "How rude of you to stare. Did your parents not teach you manners." I shake my head, "Well then, Me and Jasmine will teach you a lesson."
I look at Jasmine for support, she runs over them with her eyes making them squirm. "Too many people, not enough recipes," She states and licks her lips locking eyes with one of them. Then chuckles and trains her eyes on the window, looking somewhere in the distance.
I realize we haven't even been properly introduced, "Oh I'm sorry, where are my manners. I am Josephine and this is my sister, Jasmine, "I announce.
I look at one and his profile on the internet and everything he has ever done comes up on my chip. I point at him, "Go."
"My name is Roger Gruth." Brown skin, brown eyes, black hair. He's a six.
Blonde hair, brown eyes, tan skin, a seven - says, " I am Mathew Cox, came from Michigan."
I look at the last one I don't know, "I am Liam. Liam," Black curly hair, smooth white skin, hazel eyes. A ten.
I look at Jasmine begging with my eyes.
"Please he is so-" I say but she interrupts me.
"No, you know what-" she returns.
"Then we can hire-"
"Hire him! No way in-"
"Hell is where-"
"That is so not-"
"You'll find-"
"Fine! Only cause-"
"Then what-"
"What Maddox-"
"His brother was a full two-"
"For you, he was a 4-"
"Fine."
"Yes!" I get to have Liam, Jasmine said he's not her type but she doesn't approve.
"Would you like to fill us in?" Mathew asks.
I completely forgot he was here. The boys look very confused and I realize that we were talking like... like that. I don't know how to explain it, we just know what the other is going to say. I shake my head and look out the window smiling, thinking about me and Liam together. Having fun, I chuckle, receiving some weird looks. After several minutes of it, I get bored.
I look at the Jasmine who's sleeping with her head resting against the window. Then I look at the boys, my only entertainment on this ride.
I look at Mark, "Tell me about yourself, Mark."
"I don't usually stutter around people."
I raise my eyebrows, "Really? Cause you fooled me."
His friends laugh, "No." Mark explains, "I wasn't expecting you to be that pretty, and then there were two of you."
I nod, "Okay then, what are you doing going to St. Paul?"
"I am actually here to be your ride to St. Paul."
"Okay, but what did you do to get into St. Paul?" I repeat.
"Shoplifting and vandalism."
"That's all?" Jasmine says suddenly awake, "I thought you needed to do big stuff to get into here?"
"You do," Mathew fills in, "We are Yellows. That means we aren't that big of a threat. Then there is Green-low to none threat. And Red- a threat. then after that there is Black. There are so far only two. They are the unpredictable kind, don't get close to them."
"What about us?" Jasmine asks, "What are we?"
"We don't know," Liam says, "We just have to wait until we get to St. Paul."
I nod my head and turn to the window and look at the road, but on the inside, I am dying. Even his voice his hot! His voice was fruity, like a song. It was beautiful.
After another hour driving and complete silence we finally arrive. And let me just say, it is big. Not the best looking, it was just raining so it's kind of muddy.
Jerry -or whatever- walks to my side and opens the door to unlock me and Jasmine's handcuffs, I smile at Jasmine and kick her leg when I realize she's sleeping.
