The love of the times...

Love was never alien to me. It was in my pulls. In my point of view, everything that we do in our life should have a love factor in it. Otherwise, it's gonna be kind of odd...
As same as most of the boys, I'm kind of too sensitive. Emotions are like my blood, it's within. Maybe that's the one reason which made me cry when I watched the movie "Varanam Aayiram". I was 14 when I watched and then the movie was in repeat mode. I cried a lot. From there onwards I always wish that I would have a life partner like the Priya. So I literally wanted to mold myself like the Surya. I couldn't see them just as characters. The whole movie turned out to be a life for me. It may sound kind of larger than life to say so, but that's the truth.

Then the movie "Vinnaithandi Varuvaya" created a different impact on the story-wise and musically too. Thereafter it was the movie "Neethane En Ponvadantham". It made me crazy that I watched it every day. I remember I have watched it for more than 45 times to date. NEP created a craving within me that I should have a love like Varun and Nithya of that movie. Only by then, I realized that I could connect myself with the movies that were made by the director Gautham Vasudev Menon. But Varanam Aayiram was not the first movie that I cried for. It was the movie "Thulladha Manamum Thullum" for which I cried. I was just 4 or 5 years old when I watch the movie but still, it made me tear up.

Those are not the only movies in which I could connect myself there are a lot and lots of movies. For example like "Alaipayudhe, Minnale, 96 the movie, 3(Three the Movie), OK Kanmani, Katru Veliyidai" etc. are just some of the movies that I could connect with something or someone in the movie that the movie made me feel it's a part of my life. There is a lot of movies that I haven't mentioned.

So these movies literally made me realize the love inside me. The pulls of love within. They are not my life, I know. Those are movies written and screen-played by directors. But our life, only the god knows what happens. But we all need certain factors or situations to make us realize about certain things in life and for me, were those movies.

The truth is that we can wish to have someone like Priya or we can wish to have a love like what Varun and Nithya had. But the one you find will never be Priya. Priya was a character who was penned. Varun and Nithya had situations and circumstances which were penned. Shakti and Karthik of Alaipayuthey had a life that was penned. So the situations and circumstances were restricted for them. They were there just until the director said "Cut" on the shoots. They were never real but what they taught us was that there could be such situations in real life and those scenes of the movies were kind of examples only, to avoid serious issues in our real life.

So... the girl you meet would have characteristics of Priya, Nithya, Shakti, or Tara. Why? Maybe she would have characteristics of all the above. There are chances... who know your fate? You may look for Priya and get Nithya and vice versa. It's all already written

There is love after love. When that was one of the core ideas that was portrayed in a successful way in the movie "Vaaranam Aayiram". The movie would have given life to many and an ideal father to the rest. In fact, the movie was the life of the director himself. Director Gautham Vasudev Menon, he has clearly mentioned in many of his interviews that he could recreate the moments with his father for the movie. It's about how you take things and how you adopt things for you and life for circumstances. Without adjustments, there's no life! Without love, there's nothing in this world. Love itself is an obsession for me. I would love to be absorbed, drooled, dissolved, dressed, drunk and respirate in love

We all have so many obsessions. Have you ever thought about it? if ever you're asked to list out your obsessions in an order, which of your obsessions would you give the first place?

Everybody would not answer the question. Some would list out; their loved ones, mom, dad, siblings, pets, vehicles, mobiles, laptops, chains, etc. but the rest will be confused. If you again ask those answered ones to compare with the first one in their list with the fifth obsession as how they listed out. They will probably be confused. They will say that whatever they thought to be fifth should be at first. Why because it all depends on the importance of anything for every situation.

Did you know that Bill Gates was helped by a paper vendor outside of an airport by giving a newspaper for free? Bill gates, before he turned to be the world's richest person. He was on the way to some other places. He was in the airport and he never had a single penny with him. He wanted to buy a newspaper. That day the paper vendor gives him a paper for free. Again after a month or two at the same place, on the way back Bill Gates meets the same paper vendor, and on that day also Bill Gates did not have money. The paper vendor gives another paper for free. Bill gates say, this is the second time you give me a paper for free and that paper vendor says it's okay. Many months down the line, Bill Gates becomes the world's richest man. One fine day, he remembers that Paper vendor and asks his people to search for him, and he finally finds that person. Bill gates go to him and ask him. "Do you know me?"
That paper vendor says "Yes, you are Bill Gates the richest man in the world". Bill gates reply "Could you recognize me? I am the person to whom you gave two newspapers for free". The paper vendor replies, "yes I do. I remember that". A line on the conversation, Bill gates asks the old paper vendor "Say what do you want, ask me anything I would do it"
Guess what did the old paper vendor said?
He asks, "Why do you want to do it?"
Bill gates said "You helped me when I had nothing, by giving two newspapers for free. So I wanna help you in return"
And the old man replied. "I gave you newspapers and you made use of it and you are here standing as the world's richest man and trying to afford me something. Will this help that you do match as Mine?"
Years down the line when Bill Gates was asked who's the richest man in the world, he said "Its the paper vendor who helped me by giving two newspapers for free".

Being the richest man in the world, Bill gates could address someone else's name but he said it's that paper vendor just because he was having an emotional connection with that person. Would you ever think that Bill gates would forget that one paper vendor in his life? No, he will never. Because he had already known and felt the importance of that character in his life and the impact that one person brought in.

As the same, this story of mine will never have a chapter without these two in it. Whatever that I have done in my life, gone through in my life; after their arrival and whatever that is to happen in my life. I know they are a part of it.

She's actually not just a part of my life. Since her arrival, if not her I was not filled. The importance of her is unmatchable and the impact is massive. She's my everything
The other one I remember my grandpa saying me "Ozi... this is my lucky charm and I've used this for 26 years and now it's all up to you. From this point onwards you own my RE..."
