Chapter 15

Annora Pov

I'm snapped from my thoughts by a slap to my face.

"Who the fuck is he." I've never seen Marius look so deadly. His eyes are blazed up.

I held my cheek. " I don't know who that is."

"You will tell me where the fuck you were for that month and a half or I will beat it out of you."

"Marius, I don't know who that is. I stayed with a friend when I left."

"You don't have no fucking friends. Stop lying to me. Take her to my room and lock the door."

"Marius, I don't know who that is damn it."

"Get the fuck out of my face. You're putting my entire operation at risk with your foolishness and secrets, and you better have kept your legs closed or you're fucking dead. "

I guess he forgot all about his baby. I sniff and walk away. Fuck Marius. I can't believe I was letting myself fall for him. I was escorted to his room. I waited for him all night but he never came. Then I started getting nervous and scared for Coulder.

I know he told me he goes crazy when he start falling for someone but I didn't know he'd go this far and do something this stupid. What did he think was going to happen. He was going to break in and rescue me.

Then I feel all mushy, falling for him more for the sentiment. Even though he seem pretty capable he can't take on the entire mafia. Just who the hell is Coulder. I thought he was only a security guard. Apparently I was wrong. He's a fucking security ninja.

I hear the lock turn then the door open. I turn to see who it is. It's Ida with a guard. She has brought food. She sits the food on the dresser. I don't do or say nothing. I just continue to look at the sky from the window.

Ida says, "please eat Ann. You need to keep your strength up."

I still do nothing. I'm too nervous to eat.

"Please Ann."

I turn from the window and walk over to the toast and yogurt and start eating.

"Thank you. Annora are you upset with me," Ida asks.

"Of course not Ida, I'm just too nervous to eat and I don't feel like talking."

She nods, smiles then leave.

I didn't see him for days. I wish he come and beat my ass and get it over with. On the 3rd night he came and I was asleep. I felt the bed dip.

He says," your boyfriend is very tactical and crafty."

"Marius," that's all I get out before he starts choking me.

I kick and punch him. I get my feet under his chest and shove him backwards and off me. I pick up the lamp on the bedside table and throw it at him.

"Get the fuck away from me Marius. You're a delusional psycho." I know I cheated and he has a right to his anger, but I'm not 100% caught yet and I'm going to lie until the wheels come off.

He says, " I'm going to kill you and leave your body outside the gates for him to find," he said and pull out his gun.

"Marius what are you doing? I'm pregnant with your baby you lunatic," I sob out.

He gives me a look that says he didn't think this through.

"I'm too tired to deal with you right now. I'm going to bed," he said and sit his gun on the night stand, get undressed and get in bed.
