Settling down

Athena's POV

Harrison gave me a look before nodding his head, "If you ever want to go upstairs the rooms up there is just our office along with a theater slash lounge, a game room and a library that is fully stocked with the type of books that you're into."

Smiling I let go of hand causing a look of confusion to take over his face as jumped onto his back which was also a higher jump than expected because he is tall as fuck.

"Why are you on my back?" He ask but I can hear the smile in his voice. I only tighten my hands around his neck so I don't fall as he walk down the stairs even though I know he would never let me fall. His hands tighten on my thighs as he walk into the kitchen sitting me on the bar.

"I'll grab your things." He said as he pecked my lips and ran outside in an unhuman speed and before I knew it he had almost everything upstairs and a few things on the bar. "I think this is everything." Smiling I pecked his lips.

"You are such a nice guy you know that." Smiling he kissed my cheek. Sometimes I felt like Harrison was too good for me but I knew that if he was to leave my life there would always be this hole in my heart. I was broken and without knowing it he is rebuilding my heart and tearing down my walls.

"You only deserve the best babe, and if I wasn't a nice guy that would do anything to make you smile. I wouldn't be a worthy mate." I couldn't even say anything because at the end of the day I knew that I wasn't deserving of him. I was broken with a past that can't be erased but for once in my life I feel like I belong.

"I love you so much baby." I mumbled knowing that he heard me reaching out for a hug. Giving in he pulled me into a tight hug.

"Do you want to unpack tonight or wait until tomorrow?" He asked settling in between my legs. Shaking my head, I push him back before standing up and walking further into the kitchen opening the fridge to see that it was full of some of my favorite foods along with his. Something caught. My eye though it was some cherries I absolutely love cherries. Grabbing them from the back I rinse them off and pop one in my mouth and grab a napkin for the seeds. Looking back, I see Harrison looking at me with a small smile playing on his lips.

Harrison POV

"What?" She asked as she eyes me still eating her cherries. I couldn't help but think about how blessed I was to have someone like her in my life. Walking over to my beautiful mate I wrap one of my arm around her waist before pecking her stealing one of her cherries.

"Did you say there was a theater in here?" She asked excitement dancing in her eyes as her skin starts to glow more than it usually does. Shaking my head, I kiss her forehead grabbing her hands pulling her up to the theater.

At first the theater room was empty until I got to know her and Athena absolutely love movies.

"You know the pack isn't that far away, so I was hoping you would be down to meet everyone in a few days. My mother planned a small party for the pack to meet you." Smiling she nodded her head agreeing to meet the pack as she was there Luna. The pack didn't meet her yet because I just didn't think that she was ready. I wanted to give her time to get used to the idea of werewolves and being mated to one before I allowed her to meet the rest of my pack.

"Will Jason and Rya be there?" She asked. Rya was Jason's mate making her my Beta female. Nodding my head, I kissed her cheek happy that she have a friend in my pack. Smiling I open the door to the theater and command the lights to come on.

"This is the theater, I'm guessing that you want to watch a movie." I said turning on the projector with the remote where a list of movies popped up on the screen. Smiling I passed her the remote before sitting back and pulling her into me arms. We ended up watching some fairytale that I didn't bother watching. I was more focused on my mate that was basically sitting in my lap eating cherries.

By the time the movie was over she was completely in my lap sitting side ways with her head on my shoulder no longer munching on the cherries. I didn't even notice that the movie was over until she started to stand up but my arms were wrapped around her so she couldn't get up.

"Babe lets' go to bed." She whined trying to get up but I just stood up and carried her grabbing the cherries so they can go in the mini fridge that is in the theater.

I carried her all the way to our room and sat her on the bed. Shaking her head, she got up and walked into the bathroom to shower. She was in there for about half an hour before she came back out in a towel before grabbing her pink bag taking out some shorts and a shirt before disappearing back into the bathroom before coming back out in her sleeping clothes jumping into bed. Shaking my head, I grabbed some boxers before going into the bathroom to shower.

When I came back out, I saw that she was already asleep. Letting out a breath I crawled into bed pulling her into my chest. Falling asleep pretty quickly after she wrapped her body around mine.
