Are you disgusted

 Athena's POV

When I woke up that morning I couldn't get out of bed. I haven't talked about what happened in to my family in years. Harrison tried to get me to eat but for some reason I couldn't. Today Harrison went to the pack house to check in with the pack warriors. Hera went back to town but she will also be moving to pack grounds soon.

I started to think about the Luna ceremony and I realized that I have not been upholding my promises the past few days. Getting out of bead I head straight to the shower. A cold shower always shocks me back to reality. After my shower I brush my teeth and get dressed heading to the pack house.

The walk was a lot longer than usual mainly because Harrison walk fast as hell. As I submerged from the trees the pack eyes snapped over to me before I was attacked by children asking me to play.

Picking up the youngest one I follow them into the middle of the field. We was playing freeze tag and I was it. Some of them was pretty fast but I was the captain of the track and field team at my high school and in college. The lasted for a while until I decided that I needed to find Harrison. Shaking my head I walked into the pack house all the way to the top floor where our office was.

When I opened the door, I saw him sitting at his desk with his eye trained on the papers in front of him. His posture was tense from the stress that he was holding in his shoulders.

Shaking my head, I close the door and walk behind him placing my hands on his shoulders. "I thought you were sleeping in today." He said relaxing into my touch. Wrapping my arms around his neck I kiss his cheek.

"I know but, I made a promise. To be here for the pack and I haven't been doing that. I'm sorry." Smiling he turn around pulling me onto his lap taking in my scent.

"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have pushed you so hard." He sounded heart broken. In front of the pack he was Alpha Harrison but in front of me he was only Harrison and one of the nicest men I have ever met in my life. Smiling I kiss his cheek before turning towards his desk deciding to help him with the pack work the was piling up in front of us. Grabbing some of the work I sat at my desk that was next to his.

For the next few hours I was taking more and more files of his desk helping with the pack work. And before I even realized we were done with today's work. I couldn't help but stare at him. He looked beyond tired like he haven't slept in a while.

"You okay babe?" I asked as he pulled on his grown-out hair. Smiling he just nod his head but he seemed hesitant. Getting up from my seat I walk over and place my hand on his shoulder. But this time when I touched him he seemed to stiffen. Releasing him I realize why he started acting so weird.

Shaking my head I walk to the door before looking at him and walking out of the door. My heart started to hurt as I felt anger flow though our bond and it wasn't mine. Was he angry at me for what I told him the other day.

Few hours later

I spent the past few hours playing with the kids and talking to some of the pack members. They were all really nice but I really needed to shower because it was really hot and I started to feel my skin grow sticky.

Before I had the chance to start walking back alone Stephan Heras' mated offered to walk me home. "So are you and Hera close?" He asked. I could feel the nerves rolling off of him in waves.

Smiling I nod my head as we slowed down our walk because I felt like he wanted to ask me something. "Yeah we have been friends since I can remember. We were the only kids on the block that was named after Greek Mythology so we sorta became like sisters." Nodding his head, we continue to walk.

"She won't reject you though. She likes the idea of loving someone forever. It may scare her a bit at the amount of affection she will be receiving but she loves attention, so it won't be a problem." Smiling w walk silently for the rest of the journey. When I made it inside he bowed and walked back to the pack house.

Shaking my head I go into the kitchen and grab a water out of the refrigerator and settling in the living room. Minutes after I settled on the couch Harrison came in looking at me with intense eyes before walking over to me. For the first time in forever I was aft=raid of him. His eyes never looked so... dark and scary.

Shaking his head he picks me up sitting me in his lap wrapping his arms around me. "I saw Stephan leaving. The pack cares about you almost as much as I do." He whispers into my head. I still had the look in his eyes like he was ready to spaz out so I didn't respond.

"I'm sorry Athena it's just that every-time I look at you. I don't know. I just feel this over whelming..."

"Disgust, you're disgusted by me!" I exclaim standing up. "Maybe I shouldn't have told you." I whisper. I felt my eyes fill with tears standing up he grab my face wiping away my tears.

"No. I feel an overwhelming anger at the man who could do this to you. Athena don't ever think I can be disgusted with you because you are mine and I will always love you okay." Sitting on the other side of the couch I wrap myself in my arms looking into his eyes hoping to find the truth and I did
