**Hey guys I'll just point out that Layla Heartfilia,Jude Heartfilia and anybody to do with Lucy's anime FT family isn't in this fanfiction. Lucy's parents are some people completely different from them.**

__Flash Back__(13 years ago)__

"Mummy! Look..It's a butterfly! Yaaay." I squeal, chasing it around the garden..When suddenly I let out some ice magic,hitting it to the ground..

"Lucy! What happened?!" Mum comes running towards me then sees the ground,covered in Ice..

"Mummy..."I sniffed.. "The butterfly...! I burst out crying,walking towards my mother who's eyes were wide open..

"Lu...It's okay. Sh.. Don't worry..." She sighs,picking me up and walking into the house.

Forgetting about our training..

"Mummy...why is my ice doing that? Is it suppose to?" I question my mother after we ate..

"Sweetie,don't worry about it...I'll get you some help,okay?" She finishes and takes me to bed..

"Ma? Will you read me a story?" I ask,pouting my lips..

"Sure honey.." She says,picking my favourite book out.

"Do Fairies really have tails? Well, lets find out." She reads from the book. "Once upon a time there lived a beautiful girl..Green eyes, Blonde hair and very kind personality. She hid inside her house throughout her life..Until one day, she caught a certain man's eyes..Feeling curiosity take over him,he followed her..She was sat at a peaceful lake singing..with wings...and a tail? The man walked up to her, tapping her on the shoulder..She stopped singing and faced the man..."What's your name?'" He asked holding his hand out..."Mavis..." She whispers shaking his hand.."I'm Zelef! Nice to meet ya!"  he says cheerfully.."If you don't mind me asking..what are you?'" He says politely causing her to chuckle in amusement..."I'm a Fairy...and before you ask any questions...Yes,Fairies have tails..they're the most beautiful things about us." Mother finishes reading but all of a sudden I feel my eyes grow heavy..

"Goodnight Mummy." I whisper,falling into darkness...not about to hear her response...

"Goodnight Lu...I'm sorry..It's for your own good."

__ The Next Morning__

I wake up in a place I don't recognise...I was strapped in with metal wires...People I didn't know were looking down towards me...

"So..This is the Great Ur's Daughter? Hello, darling..We've got some news for you to take in...Your mother, Ur the Ice Mage has left you here for our care now.." The man with white hair says before walking away..

What? What's going on? Where am I? Where's Mummy?!

Suddenly a bright light comes crashing down onto me,causing me to scream in pain...
