•  He looks cute and has a kind exterior. He is usually mean to others, except Katsuki.

•  He calls Katsuki Bakugou, 'Kacchan' or one of Katsuki's nicknames

•  Izuku has had some changes to his look for this au, please imagine him as described unless it is too much for you and you can only image anime/ manga Izuku. He has maintained some features from the anime. He has a more feminine body type, so a slimmer waist, slightly bigger thighs, and a bigger booty! Izuku does not have the body of a woman, he was simply born slimmer than most boys and enhanced his curves through squats. Some of his newer features are more freckles, small emerald green eyes, they are no longer as big as they are in the anime/ manga, long fluffy green hair, lean muscles and abs, and multiple ear piercing. He has many piercings in his left ear, and one cross earring on the right ear. All of his piercings are gold except for his silver stud nose piercing.

•  He is Katsuki's emergency medic.

•  He is the only one who can call Katsuki 'Kacchan'.

•  He is the only person who won't get hit by Katsuki if he's angry.

• He is the only one who can calm Katsuki down.

•  He is very violent when angry

•  He earned respect from some others as well as schoolmates during a future incident.

•  Katsuki and Izuku have fights for training but the majority of the time Katsuki wins. These are no quirk fights, so they are training their physical strength, not the strength of Katsuki's quirk. Katsuki trains his quirk with an upperclassman he earned respect from and gave his own respect to. Both Izuku and Katsuki have multiple scars from the fights with each other and other people.

• There are disturbing rumors about Izuku and Katsuki having sex with people. The rumor didn't state that they had sex with random people. The rumor said that the boys had done it with each other. Apparently, it was in the schools bathroom during lunch hour. A voive that had sounded like Izuku's was producing silenced moans. The rumor concludes that the one fucking Izuku was Katsuki because Izuku didn't really speak with anyone else and was always with Katsuki. The two always denied the rumor to be true.

•  Since Katsuki was stronger than most his age, the two were in the middle of the line when it came to popularity. Once Izuku had earned some respect their popularity rose. Some people still came to have fights with them but ultimately lost because of what Izuku had in store for them. Some of the people they fought were put in the hospital but only on specific occasions.

•  He gives random nicknames to anyone he comes into contact with.

•  He calls Izuku Midoriya, 'Zuzu' or one of his nicknames.

•  He has a hot exterior and rude personality.

•  He has very similar features from the anime. He still has the same eyes but his hair is grown out to match Izuku's. His hair has never been cut and he doesn't plan to cut it until Izuku cuts his. He only has a few extra add-ons such as piercings on his ears and a removable nose piercing. All the piercings are gold. His features are long spiky blonde hair, a sharp jaw, crimson red eyes, bulkier but lean muscles/ abs. They are hidden from sight, but bigger than Izuku's.

•  He gets into a lot of fights because of his anger issues. People make fun of him and because of his short temper, he fights back physically, due to his anger issues, to combat the teasing.

•  Izuku is and always will be his emergency medic when he gets into fights. Unless the injuries are too serious and he has to go to the hospital but that hasn't happened yet.

•  He has had a lot of physical training with Izuku. Every day after school and all day Saturday, since they were 7, they have been training to become pro heroes.

•  He has few friends.

•  He has many scars.

•  He has rumors told about him and Izuku being together but he always declines them.

lso, the nickname 'Deku' was not created by Katsuki, it was made by a bully that will be mentiomed later on.
