Author's note: Hey guys! This is not some kind of serious writing, but i just came across some articles and principles regarding leadership, so this work is loosely based on them.

A leader may have high cognitive skills etc. But what is more important is high Emotional Quotient (EQ). The reason why s/he needs a high emotional quotient is because there might be pressures of many kinds which can damage a leader emotionally, which further may lead to him/her making bad desicions in posession of the present emotion. This could be damaging for not only him/her and his/her image, but also for the group and its image.
