A leader may sometimes be accused of a wrong-doing due to the mistake of a memberm S/he must remain calm under such circumstances and call the member who made the mistake, in private. S/he must then ask the member if S/he is facing any problem in the work. If yes, what is it and make plans to how to sort it out. If no, then ask how the particular problem occured. If it is a known mistake, then the leader should firmly order what needs to be done or what gaps to be filled. A stern smile at last followed by a warming smile. And then the member may be asked, "Any more questions or problems?" If not, then they may be asked to leave.
