A leader should be understanding, warm as well as stern. He must be a role model, he must 'Walk the Talk' which means he must do what he says and believes in. He must have good oration and communication skills. He must also be like a good story-teller, wrapping the group and the people not only under his charm but also motivating the group towards the goal. He must be able to identify the potentials and abilities of each and every member and place them accordingly. He must make each one of them realize that they are the part of a group, and an important part and each one of them should be given due credit for his/her work.
