Kuroinu: Sith of Eostia

Episode II: Queen of Darkness

As nightfall began to encompass the land, the three sleep soundly inside the temple's walls. It wasn't long before R3 starting powering on as he knew the current time. Once fully powered, R3 wasted no time bumping into Xid's seat, startling said Sith awake.

Xid: "Gah! It's already time, R3?"

R3 simply beeps, informing his partner about the time. The droid then rolls to Juleka's side, metal appendage ready, before nudging her awake.

Juleka: "Huh....? Nightfall already?"

Xid: "Come on, sleepy head. Time to go to work."

Rubbing the tiredness out of her eyes, Juleka gets up from her seat and uses her staff on the map. This causes the map and the table itself to light up brightly, showing every kingdom and district of Eostia. Colored dots also scattered around the separate kingdoms as a way of knowing where they are.

Juleka: "With this, we should be able to keep track of where they all go."

The respective dots that represent each target were already located at the designated locations. Most were more spread out while others were more in pairs of two.

Juleka: "It seems they have moved the shipping to an earlier time than originally planned...."

Xid: "Probably got orders to go ahead of schedule. Seems like this Vault guy's more clever than you make him out to be."

Juleka: "Regardless, the plan still goes. Now then, let us see who is where...."

With a wave of her staff, the map gives a  clearer view of the separate kingdoms, allowing her to pinpoint each location. As she looks over the map, looking for her first target, Xid gets up and to stretch his armored joints and gets ready. Taking a minute, Juleka finds the location she needs, as depicted on the map as a somewhat abandoned castle far off from the others as the area around it looks as if corrupted.

Juleka: "There it is. The former Dark Elf kingdom, Black Fort...my former home...that is our first target."

Xid: "So we start off with a little revenge, huh? Sounds fine by me."

Juleka: "You're first targets will be the Dark Elf Queen Olga and her right hand subordinate Chloe. They are being held in one of the lower level jail cells in the castle."

Xid: "So tell me, what's the plan of action? How do you want to start off our first heist?"

Juleka: "With how far away from the other kingdoms the Black Fort is, there should be severely less security. So just for this time, it should be safe to send you directly to their holding cell. Just this once though."

Xid: "Good. Let's get a good feel of their security, then tear it all down. Just the way I like it!"

Without a moment to waste, Juleka holds her staff and give a small chant, casting a spell to create a small portal to his destination. With a quick nod to his new partner, Xid walks into the portal as it closes behind him. As Juleka sits and looks at the map, hoping this mission goes well, R3 rolls up to her to give her a small device. What could such a small contraption do?
