*About a week ago, Before everything went wrong*

I'm going to ask her out today, my stomach was filled with butterflies and my head was spinning. For the past three weeks Maddi and I have been really close. I just can't help my feel my knees go weak when she smiles. I sound really whipped. I like Maddi a lot.

Its not really new information, Ive known since the day I saw her at the park. When she was walking her dog and my pervy friends flirting with her.

When I found out she moved in next door to me I just found myself even more drawned to her. When we kissed, it was the most magical kiss I have ever had with anyone.

I've been referred as the school player multiple times before but Maddi makes me want to change, I want to change for her. I miss her when I'm not with her....when I'm not with her all I do is think about her...when I think about her I just want to be with her....and when I'm with her it's like all of my dreams have come true.

I don't know what to say other than I want her to be mine correction I need her to be mine.

I smile as I begin to get ready for school. One person just never left my mind, and her name is Maddison Jane.

"Hey Ma," I said walking to the kitchen table where my breakfast sat.

"Hey sweetie," she smiles weakly.

"How's he doing? Did you get to see him yesterday?" I asked her sadly.

A flash of sadness was in her eyes but it was gone in the matter of seconds, "yes, the doctor said he's been doing better but they just don't know yet if he's going to make it,"

I stood from my chair bewildered, "what the hell do you mean 'they don't know'" I said raising my voice.

"Sweetie," my mom said sadly. "They just don't know, the future is unforeseeable,"

"Mom, they have to do something! He can't just die," I said weakly looking down.

Tears filled up in her eyes, she stayed silent. I realized what I was doing. I was just making worse for her I shook my head, "I'm sorry Ma, its just really hard to see my little brother in so much pain and not being able to do anything," I cried. "If he dies now he won't have his first kiss, his first love, his high school diploma. I just couldn't imagine him missing out on life's opportunities,"

A few moments later my mom immersed me into a hug, "Luke I don't want him to go either but right now you need to go to school,"

"Alright, thanks ma,"

I walked outside the door and I realized I had missed the bus, I shrugged it off. I don't even like the bus. So I begin my short walk to school.

As I arrived I saw Maddi, she must of not been to far in front of me. I noticed the smile that a appeared on my face but my attention was towards Lauren who was talking to some people and suddenly she pointed at Maddi causing chaos. I couldnt hear what she said but the next thing I know people are taking many photos of Maddi and moments later is Maddi is running away. What happened?

Maddi has always been a mystery to me. The way she dresses especially. She is really skinny and has a great body with curves in all the right places. Everything about her is perfect, normal girls at this school express that about themselves in the most sluttiest ways but it seems as if she doesn't like that about herself and she hides it under baggy clothes.
