Chapter 27

The treatment now accomplished, Kamui enters the unconventional atmosphere of the room that occupies both midnight and kaza, interrupting their indulgence of reminisced memories. Kamui insouciantly views the both of them in close proximity with one another, as he remains soundlessness in front of them, standing in the doorway. kaza breaks his embrace with midnight. Now in curiosity towards the vaguely familiar kamui who had captured his divided attention. Midnight stuned by kamui appearance closely observes his unconditioned activity as kamui hand hangs low against his side. 

"Ka chan? this is the same person I saw you with when we fought, right. Who might he be, a friend of yours?" Kaza questions with a faint trace of doubt repeated in his voice. "His names kamui. He's the person I've been traveling with and the person who showed me, and taught me about the outside world I never knew inside the kingdom walls." Midnight serene tone echo's a downbeat melody. 

Without a worded notice or allowing a comment from kaza. Kamui, unforeseen by kaza and midnight,  he glares at kaza in scepticism as he brings his kunai directly at him, who watches in bewilderment. Until midnight steps in and separates them. "Kamui. what's the meaning of this? theres no need raise your blade on him." Midnight gets up from the bed and stands in front of him, as he waits for his response. kamui narrowing his gaze on the both of them, clicks his tongue and lowers his kunai as he watches midnight approved gesture, and the confused kaza quietly watching the opinions clash between them come to a stop, before following behind him.    

  As midnight leaves the bedroom and enters the hallway, he immediately spots mizuki in the main living room, midnight approaches she takes notice in his presence, along with kaza and kamui behind him. "Looks like your up now, you put up a commendable fight. You feeling any better now?" Mizuki directly seeks a favorable response from kaza. "Don't worry about me, I'm back to normal but compared to ka chan, this is nothing!" Kaza reassuring eases the anticipated mizuki qualms. A smile crossed mizuki face at the relief and guilt that befell her. She looks over towards the visually distinguishable robe that midnight wares. "And you look to be in a walking condition as well." Mizuki comments as her eyes elevate towards his unmasked face.   

"That's right, but Is something the matter?" Midnight takes note in mizuki engrossment towards his appearance. "Did ka chan do something to upset you miss-uki?" Kaza walks beside midnight leaning slightly ahead in puzzlement. "I did run into her awhile back with kamui..." Midnight explains to him in remorse, as kaza looks back up to midnight in surprise. "Hmph. I should have been the one to fight her." Kamui points out as he  folds his arms. " I never had a chance to see your face back then, you were waring a mask. And I heard that comment! I suppose I should be flattered you remembered me this entire time. " Mizuki comments through all the suspicions as kamui looks away. "Is it that much of a surprise?" Midnight confused questions to her. "Its just nice to know the person who helped save me awhile ago." mizuki cheerfully smiles to midnight catching him by shock. "Sakura..!" Midnight unintentionally utters in front of everyone. "Hmm?" Mizuki tilts her head at the sudden name said. midnight realizing he spoke out loud averts his eyes away from mizuki and heads towards the door taking his leave. "Ka chan were are you going!?" kaza voice raises in the direction of midnight. Kamui stops leaning against the wall of the living room and follows midnight outside.   

Midnight walks outside, he notices kamui followed behind him and looks back at him. "Kamui. Dont tell me you were worried abut me?" Midnight slightly brushes off in jest. "inaccurate assuption." Kamui replys with a nonchalant experession writen on his face. "Really? then why are you here?" Midnight inqurys to indifferent kamui. "Destroyed kingdom." Kamui speakes up catching midnight attention. "The destroyed kingdom? i know i still need to find the person responsible for it, but what about it?" Midnight unclear by the vauge information questions to him. Kamui remembers indigo warning, the week almost over. "The person is there." kamui concludes to the warry midnight in disbelife, he takes a closer step to kamui. "W-what did you just say!? how did you get that information?" Midnight widen eyes reflect the uncertainy in his voice.
