Na Jaemin never questioned Donghyuk's talent. The boy was a god when it came to snowboarding, and just about any sport for that matter. He was confident, powerful, and skilled. All the things that any person with a right mind would want to be. He had the townspeople cheering his name at every competition. He practically owned Korea's FIS Snowboarding Championship. On the Downside though, Lee Donghyuk was, in all forms of the word, a huge brat.

"Why ask me to race if you're just gonna leave me behind!?" Jaemin calls after his friend, trying his best to keep up but he was slowly losing sight of Donghyuk. All he could hear was the taunting voice that called back to him.

"Then speed your lousy ass up Jaem!"

Jaemin groans, crouching down to gain more momentum. He always questions himself as to why he continues to agree to these races, but Donghyuk is still able to rope him in every time.

The boy comes to a steady stop at the end of the hill, glaring at his friend. Donghyuk was just smiling widely, his goggles now fixed on his forehead, his sweaty hair sticking like glue.

"I hate you....so much..." Jaemin pants out, hands on his knees as he catches his much needed breath. Donghyuk just smiles wider, and Jaemin wondered how the boy's face didn't break.

"Come on now," The tanned male reaches out his hand to Jaemin, helping him back on his feet again. "You're the closest thing to competition I've got on this team." He giggles, unclipping his shoes from his board and picking it up swiftly. "Let's go in, Haewon said she was making hot chocolate." Jaemin nods and unclips his shoes as well, following his friend into the team cabin.

Donghyuk, Jaemin, along with their friend Jisung, were all part of the provincial snowboarding team of PyeongChang, Korea. And Donghyuk was by far the best snowboarder the region had seen in years. He's won 5 consecutive championships in a row, and he brought his team up to the top. He was nicknamed 'The Storm' because of his speed. His board would kick up snow as he sped down the hill, leaving behind him a trail of ice and fury.

No one could hold a candle to the infamous Lee Donghyuk, and those who tried were left behind, the falling fractures of snow telling them it was a good try. But no one could beat him. At least no one in the junior division. Once he was 19, then he could move on to the national team, and make his name even stronger. Make his skills even better. As confident as Donghyuk was, he was always striving to improve. To grow and age with his sport.

He was at the top, now he just needed to stay there.
