I got a B+ in that Latin project thanks to Cody. Yay!
To celebrate Madison, Avery and my success, we will
Have sherbet at my place.
As soon as we got home, mom was watching 'The Kardashians'. She
Finally took my advice as one step to be a cool mom.
"I have good news." I announced with a humble smile.
"You got perfect in your project?" Mom queered as her eyes
Widened to the size of saucers.
"Whoah! I said good news, not a miracle!" I exclaimed. Mom's 'OMFG' look
Changed into her 'I hoped for better' look. One of the few things I like about
Mom. Her facial expressions.
"Well? The good news?" Mom's hand gesture signaled me to tell

"Good news." I answered smugly. Mom looked puzzled and crazy
Annoyed.
"I know, what's the good news?" Moms eye twitched in slight anger.
I just shrugged, tromping upstairs. The sherbet was already upstairs.
Madison had a huge scoop of her rainbow sherbet.
"Aren't we successful people." Avery smirked trying to bite off

"B+ is successful by your standards, Avery. A- and above, digging the deal.
Way past successful. That is a world standard thing. A WST. We're just
Near successful." Madison pointed out, rubbing her forehead. Brain freeze.
"I like what you just said there, Madison. That was diamond!" I exclaimed as I popped
My fingers from my lips. Madison rolled her eyes playfully and started to
Blush.
"Hey, what happened with you and Carter yesterday?" Avery asked, smugly.
I too, was as curious as Avery so I just copied her question.
"We're good. We happened again. Straight, just like that! But
Before you guys get excited over the wrong thing, I'd like to let you know
That he was too afraid to kiss me. He said, maybe when we become
Closer than just a thing." Madison explained ending that last sentence
In total frustration.
Avery just patted Madison's back and sighed.
"Amen sister." Avery smiled.
