Destiel being cannon could have possibly been the best thing to ever happen to Jensen Ackles since he met Misha five years ago. Every day he was allowed to show his feelings for Misha and no one even cared... No one even knew. It was a perfect disguise and best of all one that he didn't have to come up with.
Being on set with Misha as the possessive Dean Winchester made the days feel shorter and go by in pure bliss and next thing he knew... It was Friday. The new episode of Supernatural had just aired, and they were supposed to go out for drinks that night before their busy day Saturday. However, things don't always go as planned.
"I'm really sorry guys, my mom, she really needs me tonight," Jared apologized for the fifth time that day but as always Jensen and Misha just brushed him off.
"It's alright she has the flu we understand," Jensen reassured placing a hand on his shoulder.
"I know... I just feel bad to be the first one to miss Friday night drinking," the hazel-eyed man sighed. "But hey next week what if we do it again... Even if we don't have a panel the next day?"
"Sounds good to me," Misha smiled that wide grin that made Jensen's knees go weak. It was then that the green-eyed man saw all eyes on him and gulped.
"Actually... I think I might have plans next Friday but I'm not sure,"
"Well check your plans because boy do we need you there to practice your lines- You're getting rusty Jensen," Jared exclaimed through a laugh although just as Jensen could be hit by the sweet sound of Mishas laugh a voice called him over... His boss.
"Good Luck," Misha mumbled placing a hand on Jensen's shoulder as they both turned the way of their boss. "He doesn't look too angry that should be a good sign,"
"What's up?" Jensen questioned sitting in the chair beside Robert and just like that the color drained from his face instantly.
"Listen, Jensen, I've known you for ten years now and I like to think that you're a good actor but the way you're portraying this "Closeted Dean" just isn't right," His boss spit it out as if it were nothing and even continued much to his demise. "You're too forceful portraying these feelings when Dean should be terrified-"
"I can fix this don't worry," Jensen reassured placing a small smile across his lips trying to hide his rage. "Less forcing I got it,"
"Now go get ready we shoot in five,"
And that's how Jensen could be found alone at the concessions table. "Need some company?" Misha questioned standing beside the blonde a water bottle in hand.
"Sure," The green-eyed man grinned.
"What did the boss want?"
"Oh, you know the usual to tell me how to make my acting better,"
"Well hey, at least he told you," Misha mumbled through a snicker. "He thought he told me to talk louder when in the angel ring of fire or whatever and never did,"
"I remember that," Jensen laughed through a grin as once his laughing stopped there was a silence left in between them... Though it wasn't awkward like they both would have guessed.
"So Jensen I was thinking that maybe you and I could still go out tonight without Jared... Since neither of us has any plans,"
"Yeah, that sounds good... I really wanted steak anyways," Jensen grinned causing one to form across Misha's face as well.
"I knew you'd do it for the food... Always in it for the steak,"
"Hey, steak is good!" Jensen challenged back earning a glare from Misha.
