Jane's P.O.V

"I LIKE YOU!" Jane blurted out,Max looked at her in surprise. Jane thought Max didn't feel the same way,she felt big salty tears running down her cheeks. She ran,ran down the stairs,ran back to her house,ran to her room,and slammed the door. "You okay in there?" she heard Hop say on the other side of the door, "I'm fine." she said through tears. (A\N: This is an AU where Hopper never died,and Jane never moved with the Byers family,the Byers family still moved though.)

Max's P.O.V

"Why did Jane run away crying?", she wondered. "I never even got to say anything." she said,this time out loud. She got on her skateboard and started riding towards Jane's house, "I like her,HOLY CRAP,I LIKE HER!" she said. She walked up the stairs,and knocked on the door, "Is Jane here?" she asked Hopper, "Yeah,she's in her room,she's not really in the mood for-" Max didn't care what he had to say,she NEEDED to see Jane,to tell her how she felt. She walked to Jane's room and barged in, "I like you too." she whispered, "What?" El replied (confused). "I LIKE YOU,no, I don't like you,I LOVE YOU!" Max screamed at Jane. Max grabbed Jane off her bed,and hugged her, "Well,at least I don't have to deal with Mike anymore." Hopper said awkwardly. Jane tried to close the door using her powers,but she remembered that she didn't have them anymore. Max walked over to the door and closed it "I'll call Lucas in the morning,and tell him we're over." Max said as she lay down on Jane's bed. Jane cuddled next to her on the bed and fell fast asleep.
