Date Day: 2 Part:2

Max finished getting ready and grabbed her rarely used bike before heading to Jane's house. When she got there she knocked on the door and waited for Jane to answer.

Jane opened the door and Max smiled as she walked over to her bike. "I could have just biked to your house." Jane said as she grabbed her bike. "Nope. You're sitting on my handles." Max said as she tapped on her bike handles.

"Can you tell me what we're doing now?" "Fine. But only because I love you." Max said as she rolled her eyes. "You're going to ride on my handlebars on the way to my house to have a picnic in my backyard. And after that,we're going to sit in a tree,listen to music,and watch the sunset."

"AWWWWWW! Max!" Jane said as she hugged Max. Max smiled and then motioned for Jane to sit on her handlebars.

Once they were all situated,they began talking and giggling. The ride passed by really quickly. As they were walking through the house,to get to the backyard,they passed Billy. "Hey,idiot." "'Sup, douche." She said as she walked past him. "Hey!" He yelled and she didn't even flinch "Hey!" he yelled as he grabbed her arm a little too hard. "Don't you ever talk to me like again!" Billy yelled as he noticed Jane.

"Oooh. You're trying to be cool to impress your little girlfriend." Billy said as he let go of Max's arm. He spit in Max's face before he walked off.

Max felt herself tearing up,but she didn't wanna cry. Not in front of Jane. "Sorry about him." Max said as she led Jane to her backyard.

"It's fine." Jane said quietly. Once they got to the backyard,Jane saw a picnic blanket on the grass and they both sat on it. Jane noticed that Max was thinking. Hard. "Something on your mind?" Jane asked curiously. "Well- You see- I- I was gonna give this to you the day before you left,but....." Max said as she pulled out a little box and gave it to Jane.
