Angie's p.o.v
It has been a couple of days since my discussion with Fangs and Pea, and as of right now we were pretty much avoiding each other all together. I had moved out of Fangs' trailer later that day, and had intended to move back into the McCoy's but that was quickly nixed since Sweet pea failed to mention he had told Josie they should slow down and take a breather from each other. Over text. So of course when I walked through the door I was immediately attacked with questions and accusations, and decided that wasn't the place for me.
And that is how I ended up here. Back in the Angel house, with my girls as the only ones I really talked to. I was still required to go to Riverdale and spend time with the Serpents, so I did a lot of driving back and forth but it was okay, I didn't mind. I had started hanging with Archie more, and in turn helping Betty with his case when I could (which sadly wasn't often) so me and her had grown at least a bit closer again. She had also apologized, so it reminded me a little of the old days when we were all together.
Pretty much all of my other time was spent working out and training. Now that I was living in Greendale again, I could go to my regular spot and train with my favorite guy in the world Adam. He always knew how to have fun, and fun was all I wanted after everything that had been going on.
I was making my way towards the gym to meet him, and decided that I'd just stay here today. It had been a while since I'd just taken a day to do what I wanted, and it was high time I did. The thought made me smile and think of all the crazy things me, Adam, and the girls could get into.
I walked into the gym with a grin on my face, which immediately caught Adam's attention.
"What's got you in such high spirits?" He gave a throaty chuckle as we circled each other like animals preparing to fight. Everybody loved watching us train, they always said we work so well together it's less like fighting and more like a dance.
"Oh, you know, the usual. Thinking about all the mischief you and I could get into today since I'm taking a me day and skipping Riverdale." His eyes sparkled at the word mischief and a smirk grew when I said I was staying.
"Well, well, well I'm kind of excited too, I'd be more excited if you agreed to make it like old times." He laughed as I rolled my eyes. Okay, so maybe Adam and I had a thing, and maybe for months we literally only left the bedroom for essential things and still didn't always make it back to the bedroom. So, maybe he showed me what was quite possibly the best summer of my life, but can you really blame me? We spend hours rolling around and pinning each other to the ground, plus he's totally hot and has the body of a Greek god. I didn't need anymore boy trouble though, so it wasn't gonna happen.
"I'm afraid I won't be putting that on the table this time, sorry Adonis." The use of his old nickname made him smile, especially since I was the only one allowed to call him that. He dated a girl once, and she heard me say it and tried to do it too and he broke up with her. Needless to say she came after me, but I put her in her place so it was all good. Before I could reign myself in, he had me pinned to the ground.
"Come on babygirl. You can't tell me you aren't even a little interested in one more night. You are still my babygirl aren't you?" The nickname made my breath hitch in my throat. I couldn't do this though, I really did care about Sweet pea. If I'm being honest though, as Adam's mouth moved down my neck, his hands gripping my exposed waist firmly, Sweet pea was slipping from my mind to be replaced by the countless nights (and mornings, and afternoons, and... well you get the point) I had spent wrapped up in him.
I was about to squeak out an answer, what it would've been I couldn't have told you if I wanted to, when his lips pressed to mine and he started grinding on me through our thin workout clothes. Before I could stop myself I moaned out the name of the man I wanted so bad.
