Angela had gotten of the plane that flew her there and saw two men standing there. They didn't look familiar at all. One was looking too innocent, like a small boy and the other was cold and intimidating. She could tell they got along as much as they could considering the personality difference. "You must be Angela." The innocent looking man said to her. "I am Commander Morrison. This is Commander Reyes." The colder man shot a glare at the other and at Angela before saying "It's Gabriel. Don't use commander. I'm not your commander, he is so don't address me as commander." Angela nodded as Gabriel walked away. "Don't worry about him. He's always like that with everyone. He wants the perfect team but can never find one. I keep letting him try with the ones we have now but he doesn't like their optimism. He doesn't like the whole 'we're going to save the world and make it perfect' thing. Nobody does but it's his least favorite thing..." Jack went on for a second before realizing. "Sorry. Should I show you around? I'd assume you don't want Reyes with you right now. Just give him a few days. He'll warm up to you." Angela nodded and followed the man as he turned his back. He walked at a steady pace but was constantly looking back. Her footsteps were quiet. Even with heeled shoes on, they were quiet. He wanted to be sure she was still there.
After an hour or so, Jack had shown Angela all of what she needed to know. He dropped her off at her room and gave her a key. He didn't say what the key was for but it was there. She opened the door and looked around. The room was more of an apartment without a kitchen. She started setting up her room after taking in everything and sat down to take a break. She looked at the key and looked around. She noticed that there wasn't much room for anything. It's probably for a locker or a safe or something. She finished setting up her room and wanted to see if there were other agents around. She walked out of her room and walked to the main area she was shown. A younger girl was zooming around the room like a flash of lightning. She was playing two games at once. One against a monkey man and the other against a shorter man. The girl looked to see Angela standing there. "Hiya love! You must be new. I'm Lena. I hope you don't mind the mess in here." Angela shook her head and looked around. Their definitions of 'a mess' were completely different. "This is Winston. He's a scientist here." The gorilla looked at her, smiled and waved, and went back to the game he was playing. Angela could tell it was a brain teaser. "This is Torbjörn. He's the head of engineering." The shorter man wasn't paying too much attention to her. He was too focused on what was happening in the game he was playing. Angela smiled and said "it's a pleasure to meet you all. I'm Angela Ziegler. I'm the new medic here." Lena looked at her and smiled. "You're the one the Commander has been going on about. He's been saying that we are getting a new medic. He is very interested in you and your work Miss Ziegler." Angela smiled at Lena and just said "call me Angela." Lena's face lit up even more. She seemed brighter than 10,000 suns now. She trusted the people there on keeping her safe. She waved as Lena went back to her games and left the room. That was too much happiness to handle in less than an hour. An older man in heavy armor had been walking down the hall. He seemed to be looking for something. "Excuse me, are you looking for someone or something? I may be new but I can probably help you." The man turned at her voice and just grinned. He only said "no that's okay." The accent he has was strong. It reminded her of home. "Who are you? I'm new and trying to get to know everyone." The German man just stood tall and looked at her "just call me Reinhardt." Those words were familiar. Where has she heard that name? She didn't want to be rude and ask about his past. Maybe he would tell her eventually. But only time could tell. She let him go back on his way to find what he was looking for. She couldn't deal with anyone else. She started back to her room before bumping into someone. She apologized and looked at who was there. It was Reyes. "Careful. You're not exactly off the hook with every mistake. You look tired. You must've met Tracer or whatever she calls herself. Happiness overload. Can't sit still for two seconds." Angela knew who he was talking about immediately. She just nodded, too afraid to say anything to this commander. To be honest, he scared her. "Do you speak?" The man was intimidating her to the point where words wouldn't even form at her mouth. She just nodded and hoped it was fine. She was afraid of him and for a good reason as well. He was a scary man and having someone that looks like him bump into you is kind of scary. The situation could turn in any direction. She finally got some words to come from her, quiet at first, of course. "I do speak. I'm just tired right now." Reyes immediately understood. "I won't hold you. You have to be training tomorrow and we want a medic at her best." The man said before continuing on his way. That talk was... something. Not really nice but not bad. But he was calm enough now. Was that him warming up to her? Probably not considering the look he had. Angela shook some thoughts from her head and saw one last person before heading to her room. Jack just wanted to check up on her. He saw that she was tired but didn't exactly know why. "Hey, I was just making sure you're doing alright here and seeing if you're comfortable with everything." Angela nodded and smiled. She was tired and worn out from not sleeping but she knew this night would be like the others. Jack let her get to her room.
