Chapter 1: Distance

Lisa's POV

" Lisa wake up! You need to eat breakfast and get ready to school! It's been 2 days since you did not go school. What's wrong with you? " my mother knock on the door of my room.

" 5 minutes mom."

"Yahhhh lisayahh! Get out to your room now! "

Oh no my mom is mad right now. And it's the cue for me get up from bed. I'm not yet ready .aiiishh get yourself up Lisa. I know you can do it! Fighting! I said in mind while looking at the mirror. I immediately wash myself in the bathroom after hearing another complain from my mom. Aishh.

After 30 minutes i successfully cleaned myself. Woah! Thank God. After preparing, i went to our dining room and greet my mother with kiss on the cheek.

"Good morning mom! The food seems delicious!" I exclaimed

"Of course, I'm a chef. " She boastfully said.

"Oohh is that so? Can I taste it then?"

"Of course, I made it especially for you. You did not eat well in last few days and i became worried coz you might get sick baby" she said sincerely while looking at me.

I don't want my mom to know the reason behind this.

"By the way, is Jennie picking you up today?" My mom asked me which made me choke from my food, she hurriedly gave me a glass of water and i immediately drank it. Oohh that was close.

"I ahm Jennie won't pick me up anymo- more mom" i stuttered coz i don't what to reason out, i don't want mom to be suspicious on me... Urrghh this is so frustrating. Think lisa think! You're genius right! Yeah right.

"And why is that? Are you fighting?" My mom drop her spoon and fork carefully while waiting for my answer.

"Ahmm, mom it's not her obligation to always pick me up and drive me to school, she has her life mom. And i have mine, and another is I can manage to drive myself to school mom. Don't worry, I'm okay" i reason out. I hope my mom will buy it, huhuhu. I am so anxious right now, what if she will knew about us? Will she scold me?

"You're right. Okay, finish your meal and don't be late to school okay? I have to go to the airport to fetch your father" my mom stand up and kiss me on cheek and leave

I heave a sigh. Phewww~ that was close.

After 1 hour...

Lisa's POV

I parked my car in the parking lot. I saw some students looking at me while murmuring. Yeah it happens everyday when i arrived at school not because i'm a celebrity but because I'm a dork. I passed by them not minding what they said against me. I went to my locker and get thing i need for our subjects this morning.

While i'm fixing things, my eyes suddenly went to the couple who almost eat each others face. Disgusting but I felt a pang in my chest when I realized that it was Jennie. Damn! I am still hurt. A tear suddenly roll from my eyes that i didn't notice. When she looked on my way and our eyes met, I saw something in her eyes that I can't understand what is it. Is it  Disgust?Anger? Hate? Guilt? Regret? I don't know anymore. No. Scratch that, i should not think anymore, I quickly run away from them and went to the rest room to fix myself coz i'm a mess again.

Jennie's POV

In this moment I have a hot session with Kai. Yes he's my boyfriend after having a scene with Lisa last few days, He followed me and comforted me and after that He asked me to be his girlfriend. I doubt it. But i set aside my doubt and follow what my heart says.
