Hermione began to stir, her body ached she wasn't exactly sure why, and her hand felt incredibly warm, almost as if someone was holding it. She opens her eyes and the sight before her definitely brought her memory back.
About an hour after having tea and a little chat she'd noticed the witch had fallen asleep, not wanting to disturb her sleep or for the witch to knock the tray over if she was to turn in her sleep, Hermione used her wand and watched as the tray made its way to the kitchen. Hermione figures she'd best leave, however when she tried to pull her hand from Bellatrix's the woman's hand tightened.
"Don't leave ." Bellatrix mumbles, and Hermione had no idea whether that was the woman speaking or the tiredness kicking in, sighing she sat leaning against the side of the bed her hand still linked with her Professor's, and before Hermione knew it, sleep had taken over her too.

Her eyes widen slightly as her head shot up, and yet Hermione couldn't hide the smile as she watches the woman sleep. Her curly raven hair covered the pillow, her skin so pale and so soft reminded Hermione of the porcelain doll she had when she was a child, in fact, now Hermione thought about it, Bellatrix did look similar to that doll, the only difference being that Bellatrix was indeed human. Hermione smiles at the thought.

She is so unique, why has Hermione never seen anyone like her before? The royal purple duvet covered her body from just below the chest and down, all that was visible was the black silk nightgown that parted slightly revealing the matching nighty, and a part of her smooth porcelain chest and neck. Hermione swallows, her eyes drifting to her beautiful, virtually white skinned face.
Hermione knew of no one with this skin, but she was still human, she's just different in such a wonderful way. Bellatrix looked so peaceful, angel like even.

There was a rustle, her face was as still as before, her feet, it was her feet, it had to be.
Her breathing pattern was steady, and deep, yet relaxing and some what fascinating. The only movement in the room was her chest slowly going upwards, then back down again as she took deep breaths in and out. Hermione sighs, the sight before her was truly breathtaking, if you told her a few weeks ago that she'd be in Bellatrix's room holding the woman's hand whilst she slept, Hermione would of laughed in your face and called you insane, and yet, here she was.

Funny isn't it, how things turn out.

A strand of hair falls on the sleeping woman's face, and before Hermione had chance to process what she was doing, she'd reached out to tuck it behind Bellatrix's.
The woman mumbles, turning her head slightly, Hermione pulls her hand back quickly, waiting for the witch to jump and curse her.

Her eyes flutter open, blinking a few times at the sight of a panicked Hermione.
"Why do you look like a dear caught in headlights?" Bellatrix mumbles rubbing her eyes with her free hand.
"You're not going to freak out or hex me?"
"Why would I do that?" She opens her eyes once more.
"Though I am curious as to why you're in my room, on the floor."
Hermione raises her hand that was intwined with Bella's.
"You asked me to stay, so I did." The girl half smiles. Bellatrix frowns, her eyes drifting to there joined hands.
"You spent the entire night, on the floor, kneeling against my bed, holding my hand, because I asked you to?"  Hermione shrugs
"That's one of the stupidest things I've ever heard." Hermione's eyes fall to her lap.
Bellatrix wasn't lying, it was truly stupid, yet sweet, no one had ever done that, not even Minerva would spend the night on the floor kneeling against her bed, she once spent an hour or two in a chair until Bella fell asleep but that was it.
"Thank you" she squeezes the girls hand, a blush creeping to her cheeks.
Hermione looks at the woman smiling, the woman turned her face away though Hermione caught the colour of her cheeks and Hermione's smile got wider.

Bellatrix let the girls hand go, sitting up straight. "I can't imagine you feel to good after sleeping so awkwardly." Bellatrix looks at her.
"I'll be fine." Hermione smiles. Bellatrix felt guilty, she'd made the girls sleep in an awkward position on the floor all night. Well she didn't exactly force her...but still. Bellatrix sighs, she really was becoming a softy.
Bellatrix flicks the blanket off of her, swinging her legs off of the bed, so that she was sat on the edge. Hermione moves, her eyes looking at the perfectly healed leg.
"Does it hurt? I mean should you really be using it?"
"It's much better, after all, I did make the cream." Bellatrix smirks standing up, Hermione winces slightly expecting the woman to hiss in pain, instead she could hear the witch laugh.
"It's fine, honestly."

Hermione sighs, trying to suppress a yawn.
"You're tired." Bellatrix frowns.
"No I'm fine."
"I don't appreciate the lies Granger, now get in bed."
"Excuse me?" Hermione furrowed her brows
"Did I stammer?" Bellatrix arches her brow.
"Er, no..."
"Good. Though I'd appreciate it if you took off your shoes first."
"But why am I getting in the bed?"
"Granger just get in and shut up!" Bellatrix snaps storming out of the room. That girl really makes it hard for Bella to be nice.

Hermione swallows slipping off her shoes, she slowly walks towards the bed and sat on it, to say she felt awkward was an understatement.
She had no idea what was going on and what the witch had planned.
