I Followed A Boy

Episode 25

" mom..!" Hugged her and Jane stood in surprise.

" good evening Aunty " Jane greeted.

" oh, Jane , you're here too" my mom said acceptingly.

We talked for hours and she wanted to go to bed since it was late.

I and Steve were left alone after Jane left.

I didn't say a word to him.

As in walked to my room he asked " why are you avoiding me,have I done anything wrong?"

" I'm not, why would I?" I denied

" I wanted to ask you something" she asked

" you can ask tomorrow I'm a little tired" I suggested.

" then he asked " will you be my girlfriend? " as I took the second step on the stairs.

I took those same steps back and I said really harshly " this... This.. Is the reason why I kept avoiding you, you don't have to take up the responsibility for what happened yesterday, I don't want any commitment, we can have fun together but no, I won't be your girlfriend. "

I walked out on him and went to my room.

I always didn't want any commitment but after saying that to him I felt hurt, it was like I didn't men it but I did.

Days passed and i didn't see Steve much and he didn't answer my calls when I asked the maid they told me he moved out and without telling me?.

" forget about him" I told myself.
I was really good at forgetting people especially the ones who were dead to me.

But this time it was different, I couldn't stop thinking about him.
But I couldn't bring myself to face him after everything i said to him.

I was surprised when my mom didn't ask of his whereabouts.
It seems that he told her he that he was leaving.
Although my mom was around the house felt empty even with all the maids my mom just hired.

I hate it when people bow to me especially maids so I stop them every time they tried but they wouldn't stop,they were in the habit of bowing that they could break.

This made me irritated so I crushed at Jane's place for a couple of days.

I was so affected by what Steve did .
So I had to tell Jane who wasn't surprised it was like she knew something was up.

She asked me to open my heart to Steve just as my mother did.

We went to a club that we usually ignore because we just wanted for the first time and as we were dancing and drinking. Since I was going to work with my mom on Monday I needed to have fun for the last time . But i was glad that my mom hired Jane as well on the condition that she changed her fashion sense to a more Lady like style.

I saw someone who looked like Steve , I went closer and found him drunk and with girls .

I don't know why I felt so jealous.
I went to them and scared the girls by yelling " get out of here before it break your head with this bottle. "
They left and I asked " what  the f**k are  you doing here with these whores? "

" who are you to ask them to leave , last time I checked you're not my girlfriend " he argued

" well now I am,so let's go home " I said.

" So now you're my girlfriend, huh" he smiled.
He came close and hugged me then he passed out .
I asked Jane to help me out and she did.

We took him to Steve's house and I decided to sleep over at his place.

Jane also slept in the guest room.

It was morning and Blake had a lot of questions .
As we sat for breakfast he looked at us teasingly and so did Dorm.

" why did you spend the night in with Steve?" Blake asked me.( In English so Steve could understand)

" is there something wrong with me spending the night with my boyfriend? " I asked confidently.

" boyfriend?" Steve and Dorm exclaimed.

" yes she's my girlfriend " Steve concluded.

" talking about girlfriends I have to go give her arise to school" Bass announced leaving the table

" " who's your girlfriend? " Blake asked.

" P'Dormani , your sister" he said looking at Dorm.

Everyone was shocked.

He just left us with open mouths.

Dorm called his sister to ask her about what Bass said and she confirmed that it was true .

" But he is your student " Steve complained.

" he's not my student but was my student " Dormani answered.

He is going to the States to further his education and I'm going with him next year, mom always wanted me to be a doctor, so I've decided to get my doctorate degree in the US.

" when are you less busy?" Blake asked Dormani.

" I'm free the whole of next week, why do you ask?"

" how do you feel about going on a triple camping date for two nights?" Blake asked

" sounds fun, let's do it." She exclaimed.

" I guess I'll have to talk to my mom to give me the week off" I  said.

We booked tickets to Chiang Mai since it was a place that we knew, and it is beautiful.
We went to the airport early in the morning about an hour and half we were in Chiang Mai.
We didn't need any tour guide since the twins were from Northern Thai.
They became our tour guides.
First we wanted to stay in a hotel but majority refused since we were here to camp and camping was held in the forest with tents and others.
So we decided to rent a van which had everything we needed.
We went shopping for everything we needed,including tents and fun stuffs such as food and drinks .
we went to the mountain in the Van .
We had three tents and a lot of foods and drinks.
And Steve brought along a rifle for protection.

We arrived late and after we mounted on tents we set a bonfire in the middle with the fire wood we picked.
The van had an inbuilt kitchen and washroom so cooking wasn't a problem.

We left the men to cook while we the  ladies laughed and talked by the fire and enjoying the beautiful starry night.

After dinner Blake and Dorm played a song and we sang along, soon we were tired of singing so we decided to share something interesting that happened in their life  bad or good with each other we started with Steve who told his story about his fiancée who cheated on him.

It was a painful moment in his life but we just laughed it off.

Secondly, I told them mine, which was how I just found that I was the cause of my friend's breakup with her girlfriend and how in sent close to a decade hating someone else who equally blamed me. They laughed at me, especially about the slap.

Thirdly, Bass told us about how his underwear was stolen  the female cadet when he was showering and he had to walk butt naked from the bathroom.
We laughed and laughed since no one expected him to have such an experience.

Now it was Dormani's turn, she hesitated before speaking. She told us a story of how she was scared to have  sex , since her last boyfriend raped her when she refused to have sex with him but she was too ashamed and scared to report him but sadly he died in a car accident a month after.

We all so proud of Dormani.
We promised to help her through it.
She was glad to have such caring new friends.
As well as an understanding boyfriend.

This was bonding moment.

Now it was Dorm's turn.
And this was really exciting ,it was like a movie.
