Baekhyun's POV:

I froze for a moment, my brain is proceeding and my heart began to race. I don't even know why I ain't moving at all. I let him get close to me, my instinct demands me to lean in to kiss him because he is my mate. No, just hell NO! I mean I saved him because I had to but it doesn't mean I am doing this to win his heart but guess it turns out that he has fallen in love with a motherfuckin monster like me. I can't expose myself to him that I am hybrid and an orphan wealth prince but I am not alone because I have Taeyong, Mark, Kai, Lucas, Ten, and Taemin as my trusted partners and I have bodyguards, packs, Kim's family, the family members of my parents and myself.

I then tried to avert but I can't because he held my nape and embraced me so close, I have to accept that instead of slapping him, but why? Do I love him? I am confused. Chanyeol managed to kiss my lips completely and gently, man, I like it but I widened my eyes. I guess that is because he wants an answer and why do I feel the passion around Chanyeol? I recall the letter that he wrote about he was hoping that we get married in the future. Does he have a girlfriend or boyfriend? I mean he is handsome but still, I can't because I am dangerous. He lets go of me, "can I have an answer, pretty please?" a human begged. I sighed and looked at my hands, "yes, I did save you and... I think you're dreaming, Chanyeol."

"It can't be, it can't, I mean why am I here in first place? Why do I feel the pain after I dragged myself at risk and almost got killed? Do you know why? Because I was looking for you!" He confessed I can't believe either, he was looking for me? I am speechless and I stood up, "if you know an answer then why asking?" my eyes gleam based on the moon dims through the window and my room was sort of dark without a light on. "I don't understand, why did you kiss me?" I questioned.

"Baek, didn't you notice? I-I-I've been in... ugh... love with you since we met, I missed you so much, my heart screamed for you and my mind mumbles your name and has full images aka imaginations of you. Baekhyun, don't be an idiot! I love you! This is why and fans at school are now getting you to be their boyfriends and get in your pants, I hate it. Kai, I don't trust him, I don't know why but he labeled you the nickname I gave it to you. I don't allow that. About your loss and my disappearance, I am so sorry, if you think I did on purpose then you're wrong, we didn't know that. Now, I moved back because I was pretty sure you still live here and left my parents in a different city."

Ok, my brain is now blank, "Y-you..." I can't describe this anymore, I supposed to hate him and mad at him but I can't so instead my tears came out and wiped my tears quickly, "Chanyeol, thanks for being honest but I need some time to think. According to the fans, all of them were the same, it is why I transferred but I realized it is all the same. Trust me, Kai feels the same way as you've felt when we were at school, it's not my first time. I know he has a crush on me too, for some reason, I think I understand why you don't trust him, you don't need to explain, and thank you for confirming, I thought you did it to abandon me. I was planning to take revenge against you but I decided to drop it after your explanation but I still have plans to do with others. Promise me one thing."

"I promise, anything for you." he looked up with hope, "Do NOT tell others about this situation nor my identity, I will heal your ankle before school starts. Today is the end of Friday, I will trust you on this, I told Kai not to tell about my parents' death but he spilled the tea. Now, I won't tell everything because I thought he was trustworthy."

"I knew it!" Chanyeol huffed, "I won't tell anyone and I swear with all my heart." Chanyeol stood up but he fell, wow, is he dumb? Note to self: Yes he is. I caught him again and dragged him back to the bed, "pabo, what do you think you are doing to a princ-" I immediately covered my mouth, what have I done?!

"Excuse me? I hope that I am not deaf but did you just say you are a pureblood prince?" he asked with surprise expression. I stammered, "Uh, forget it." I told him.

"No wonder you're living a fancy royalty palace in the forest." Chanyeol smiled after, "it means I am with my mystery prince! Oh my god! I knew it! I knew it!" he started to bounce the bed while sitting down; he is behaving like a childish and I chuckled, "That is why I asked you to keep the secrets. Kai doesn't know who I am."

'YAAAAAASSSS!' Chanyeol's mind is screaming in joy, I mentally wanted to cover my ears because I can hear his loud scream and I can hear his heartbeat beating in joy too. I secretly melted and wanted to hug him again to tell him that I miss him too but no, I can't. I walked to the closet to find the oversized clothes for my old best friend. I picked and carried them to him, "I'll carry you to the bathroom to take a bath, you stink." I joked. "If you are a prince of this kingdom then I'll say that I am now your princess, I accepted this role." Chanyeol grinned like an idiot. I facepalmed, "Alright, flirty princess, time to clean yourself. Oh and please, calm down." I gave the clothes to him, Chanyeol blushed; grabbed them and I can tell he is observing the outfits. Chanyeol tried to get up, I went to help him instead of letting my mate I mean Chanyeol break his bone so by then, I could sense that he is going to fall by losing a balance. I spoke, "No! You are going to fall, Oof!" Chanyeol lost it and fell on top of me. I am under him, the position looks like we were going to have the smut session but we just stare at each other.

"Your hig-" Taemin invaded without knocking a door, "Oh!" he covered his eyes, "Sorry! I should've knocked it next time uh bye! You should at least locked the door and have fun!" he bolted away.

Chanyeol smirked smugly. I looked at him, "If you have got the dirty mind then I better drag you to the holy water bath." I flipped the position before getting up and picking him up into my arms. I strode while holding to my giant bathroom. I put him down on the counter, I prepared the warm water. Several minutes later, Chanyeol has begun to strip his clothes off and I turned around to him, I looked at his body to the face, the reddish tomato color reveal on my face, I feel like I am burning right now. I gulped loudly and helped him to put him down on the tub, "I-I-I will be outside of the bathroom, call me when you're d-done!" I stammered for the first time. I walked away and await. The romance episode began to play in my head until he shouted my name, "BYUN BAEKHYUN!!" I flinched and ran back inside. He is indeed done, I helped him with everything as much as I can and took him back to my bed. Chanyeol laid down, "Baek, please... stay next to me and sleep with me, I don't want to be alone."

I nodded, "Eh, okay. I will stay and you are no longer alone because I am here, for now, I guess." I consulted him and laid next to him before he pushed himself against me, he watched me transforming into a wolf form so he can cuddle better. I used my mouth to pull the blanket on Chanyeol and rested my head on the bed while he rests on me on the side. The mind link began to activate as it says, "Chanyeollie, the reason I am doing this is that I am your hidden mate, your only one."

Chanyeol snuggled as he whispered, "and I am all yours, my highness before I fall asleep, can you be my boyfriend?"

I didn't respond and remained awake; I don't know what to say and he finally fell asleep. I circle a bit to keep Chanyeol warm and I managed to fall asleep too.
