Author's POV:

In the next day, Chanyeol yawned and slowly opening his eyes, he realized that he slept with his lifesaver. He looked at sleeping Baekhyun and giggled. The giant decided to kiss the nose then muzzle to wake him up. 

A wolf whines and stretched his neck and the body in wolves' way, he finally woke up too and looked at the human. He grunted like: Why did you wake me up? Chanyeol pets his ear, "Baekkie, wake up and good morning! Can we eat? I am hungry!" he whimpered. 

Baekhyun decided to transform back to human, his eyes went back to normal human colors, "Morning and of course" he could feel dehydrated and wanting to drink the liquid as the blood. "Be back pretty quickly, I need to change my clothes" he used vampire speed to grab new expensive clothes to change, brushes his teeth, etc. He returned, "Yup! I am ready"

Chanyeol dropped his mouth open, "Whoooooooaaa... you are faster than I expected. I hope I can be like you someday." he said. Baekhyun smiled again but softly, "you will when you are fully ready." a prince sighed. Chanyeol stretched after he sat up, "really?!" he asked excitedly. A prince nodded, "yeah, you're my mate, obviously. Looks like you don't know that much, do you?" 

Chanyeol looked at him and nodded too, "yeah, teach me please and I remember you told me that last night." he looked at his ankle and sighed. Baekhyun felt bad and walked then kneeled down, "relax, I'll heal this." he softly sighed; closed his eyes and carefully touched Chanyeol's and the light from hybrid's hand began to glow. Chanyeol is now thinking he is still in dreamland. 

"Now, try to stand up" Baekhyun commanded, Chanyeol obeyed and walked to test out. "Oh my goodness! THANK YOU! By the way, beautiful room!" he squealed. Baekhyun opened his eyes, watched him roaming around his room, and stood up. "Well, you're welcome and thanks, you'll have a castle tour soon or later," Baekhyun replied. 

Chanyeol's POV

I am so happy that Baekhyun trusts me, I am happy that we met, I am so happy with everything. God granted my prayers. I heard my phone ringing, I looked at Baekhyun and he looked at me with a sign to let me. I answered without looking at a called ID.

"Hello?"

"PARK CHANYEOL! WHERE ARE YOU?!" Satansoo yelled. 

I looked at Baekhyun; giving him my "help me" look, he mouthed, 'I'm at my old friend's house from another school.'  I feel amused that he is helping me to come up with excuses to my friend, I copied his line and told the same thing.

"Are you sure? you disappeared after Baekhyun, I thought you ditched us to go with him." Kyungsoo said, "when you come back, I'll smack you for getting us worried!" 

I sighed, "Sorry for misunderstanding but no, my friend just sent an emergency text." I said Baekhyun thumbed up. "Anything wrong?"

"Uh yeah, teachers kept asking me about you two." Kyungsoo snorted, "I have homework ready for you and Baekhyun from teachers." I nodded again, "thanks, I'll meet you at noon to pick them up." 

"Sounds good, cya" Kyungsoo hanged up and Baekhyun took me to the dining room and allowed me to sit down. Another tsudere man came up, "Good morning Baekhyun, what do you want for breakfast?" 

"for me, I want a glass of blood and any kind would be great except cucumbers," he ordered and I looked at a chef or whosever he is, "anything is fine with me. Thank you" I said politely. I really want to move in with him because this castle looks huge and I can imagine him as a prince alone without parents in this palace feels so lonely. I will ask him when I feel like it. 

Baekhyun's POV: 

Taeyong looked at Chanyeol, he whispered to my ear, "is he the human we almost killed him yesterday in the forest?" he asked me, I hummed, "mhm, he is the one aka my mate" I whispered back. Taeyong chuckled, "congratulate and be right back boss." he bowed at me before Chanyeol then left to the kitchen.  I sit down beside Chanyeol, "So, Chanyeol - I have been thinking about your question from last night, do you mean it?" 

"Yes, of course! I love you since I caught you into my arms when we were kids."

"Ah, well, I will consider it because right now I am afraid to end up being broken again."

Chanyeol looks like he is going to blame at himself, I gently kissed him on the lips to comfort him, "it doesn't mean you'll not have me, you will but we need time." I touched his chin and looked into his eyes. Chanyeol smiled again and kissed me one more time before the food arrives. We ate together and chatted like the old time. I decided to take Chanyeol out of the forest as we strolled together; Chanyeol grabbed my hand and intertwined our fingers, I blushed and we stopped to a garden. We laughed at our bad jokes and by then we kissed each other, I wrapped around Chanyeol's neck and he wrapped around my waist. We had a few minutes hot make-out for the first time in our lives, his mouth is so warm, the tongue is so sweet, he bit my lip to get approval to explore, and I actually moaned quietly. We had to stop or we will end up being horny, I better wait in a few months to mark him then if he wants we could breed. 

We spent half of a day, I gave him the number for him to text me, he begged me to stay a bit with him before he lets me go to meet Kyungsoo to pick up the assignments. We hugged and kissed each other again, I am addicted. I realized that I am in love with my first best friend over second-best friend. I found out right after he gave me the first kiss. "I love you Byun Baekhyun." Chanyeol touched my hair and kissed me again, I giggled, "I love you too even we aren't dating." I mumble during a kiss before we let go of the lips and caught the breath then rest our foreheads together. 

"WHAT THE FUCK?!"
