The future is now

I pulled up to the Performance Center and took a deep breath before I walked through the doors. Once walked through the doors I checked in with the girl at the front desk and waited for Triple H. About 10 minutes later Triple H comes walking in and gives me a tour around the PC.

Triple H: Alright Oliver are you ready to show us you got?

Oliver: I've waited my whole life for this moment.

Triple H: Well Coach Bloom and I are going to watch you do some drills. Then after the drills you're going to have a match

Oliver: Alright let's do this.

After about 45 minutes of drills I was feeling really good about this tryout. Coach Bloom ended things and I took a break for a little bit before getting ready for my match. While I was sitting on the bench catching my breath I saw this beautiful girl walking towards me, she approaches me and starts a conversation.

Girl: Nice work in there, you're running through those drills like they are nothing. I've never seen anyone do that before, usually they are getting their ass kicked.

Oliver: Thanks, it's nothing I've been doing this for 8 years. I also do MMA so my conditioning is pretty good. Names Oliver, what's yours?

Girl: I'm Leah, but in the ring I'm known as Carmella.

Oliver: Well it's nice to meet you Leah. How long have you been with WWE?

Leah: Going on 3 years now. Right now I'm adjusting to being a singles competitor since Enzo and Cass got moved to the main roster I'm not their manager anymore.

Oliver: That's an opportunity for you to prove yourself. I think you'll be fine on your own, if you want any help with training I'll be more than happy to give you some tips.

Leah: I'd actually like that. Here's my number, give me a call sometime and we can set something up.

Oliver: Will do, it was nice meeting you Leah. I'll see you around.

Leah: You too Oliver. Good luck with your tryout.

A few minutes after Leah left Triple H came walking over to me so I could have my match.

Triple H: Alright Oliver if you're done flirting with Leah we're ready for you.

Oliver: Sorry, it won't happen again.

Triple H: It's fine kid, I'm just giving you a hard time.

Oliver: So who am I having my match against?

Triple H: You're going to be wrestling Zack Ryder.

Oliver: Sounds good.

I step into the ring with Zack and we shook hands and then our match was underway. This is pretty cool to be stepping into the ring with someone that has been with the WWE as long as Zack has. We've been going at it for about 20 minutes and then I hit Zack with a springboard flat liner and then I covered him for the 3 count.

Coach: Great job guys.

Oliver: Good match Zack, I appreciate you taking the time to do this with me.

Zack: No problem bro, you got some skills hopefully they sign you.

Triple H: Alright Oliver go hit the showers and then we'll be meeting with you in about an hour to let you know our decision.

I made my way over to the locker room and took a shower then I changed into my regular clothes. I grabbed my phone and saw that I had a missed call from Daria so I called her.
