Welcome to my story! I've build a whole world for this story so this first chapter is dedicated to helping the reader get familiar with some things or reference back to things in the future. There is a lot to this story, but there is no harm in just diving in! This is just for the people who really want to know more about the world!

The first helpful thing I'll include is a map of the "New World". It's just nation based so you'll get to see all of the different countries and what lies in their territory.

Here is the map of New World! There are 18 nations, not including the unclaimed territory, that the reader will mostly be able to explore later on

The Kingdom of Udraria is not a well-known country throughout New World. It closes its doors to foreigners of any kind to protect themselves from any sort of invader. Only one merchant ship comes once a month to purchase and sell goods to the kingdom and they were hand selected for being trustworthy. The terrain of Udraria is very rocky and sandy. There aren't many trees so lumber is what Udraria usually has imported. The Kingdom is known for its gems and minerals throughout New World. The rocky terrain carries many valuable jewels. The Udrarian people speak their own Udrarian language to further the divide from the rest of the world. The people are mainly fishers, gem finders, and blacksmiths. Their kingdom was built off a tribe so the culture is still very tribal. Every citizen is granted a full warrior name once they turn 16. The country has never been involved in any wars or disputes so it is a relatively nice place to live. However, foreigners are rejected to live there to preserve the Udrarian people. Their religion is worshipping nature. They believe in praying over animals that they've killed before they've skinned it and respecting nature in all ways. They have multiple nature gods that they pray to. The god of the ocean, the goddess of the rocks, the goddess of the jewels, the god of weaponry, the god of animals, and the goddess of family are some examples. Their culture has been passed down for ages. It has a very strong family connection. The pure Udrarian people all have dark skin, white hair, and yellow eyes, but some that have intermingled with foreigners may have a little bit of variation.
