The thoughts lulled to sleep after a while of occupying your headspace.

You felt naive and fearful in this new strange place. Your heart aches for the comfort of home, but your heart is denied by destiny. Fate is dragging you along with its silly games. It wants you to pick up a puzzle piece from each land and put them together to reach a bigger picture. However, you are oblivious to fate's plans. Fate pretends to give you control while you are actually taking the backseat.
.
.

The sun gleams down through the window and onto your bed, providing a wake up call. You were so tired last night that you hadn't even thought to close the curtain. Maybe it was good for you get up early. You had a lot you wanted to do.

You pulled your abdomen up and looked around, almost forgetting what your new room now looks like. The feeling clings to you and you start feeling homesick. Ugh... I have no time to waste on my feelings. You urged yourself to get up and you finally obliged. You got out of bed and looked at the mirror that you had spotted earlier. Once sorting out your messy hair and braiding it to keep it out of your face, you carefully peeked out in the hallway. The quiet was a bit unsettling, but you wanted to get out.

Swiftly, you exit your room and pad down the hallway. You haven't seen much sign of life around. Where is everyone?

You then started to hear noises in the main palace court. The King was at his thrown looking down at the three Udrarians you had met yesterday. He seemed to be scolding them before he laid his eyes on you. "Miss (Y/N). Please, join us." King Muiha spoke kindly and gestured for you to join the three.

Without argument, you quickly walked towards the three and stood beside them. "Your majesty, is something the matter?"

"No, nothing my dear. Haru has just gotten himself in a bit of trouble. I appreciate your kindness to my son. I do know about your helping hand after his little... argument."

Argument?? More like a full fledged attack!

You bowed politely. "Of course. I did not mean to mettle." You spoke, wondering if Haru knew what he was talking about. You glanced over to see the boy just glaring at the wall, paying no attention to the old man's words.

"However, it is also dangerous for you to be left alone here. I hope you understand that I would like for you to be with one of these three at all times outside the palace." He spoke highly.

You nodded in response before gazing at Yula who was biting her lip. She must have gotten in trouble... That's my fault..

"On a different note.... ɱყ ƈɧıƖɖrɛŋ. ყơų ɱųʂɬ ƙŋơῳ ąცơųɬ ɬɧɛ ʄɛʂɬı۷ąƖ ɬąƙıŋɠ ℘Ɩąƈɛ. ı ῳơųƖɖ Ɩıƙɛ ʄơr ყơų ცơɬɧ ɬơ ɱąƙɛ ą ŋıƈɛ ą℘℘ɛąrąŋƈɛ ıŋ ąცıʂɧųɬąɖ. ıɬ ῳơųƖɖ ɱɛąŋ ą Ɩơɬ ʄơr ɬɧɛır ɬơῳŋ. ɬɧąɬ ıʂ ąƖƖ." The King ends and taps his staff on the stone staircase and the three dismiss. You follow Yula out. You wanted to apologize.

"Yula! I'm so sorry about-"

"Nonsense! You have nothing to be sorry about! Now I need to go do chores. Maybe try Lalita if you want to go outside." Yula smiled and turned to face you. She had grabbed a duster and some rags. "I'm sure she won't mind."

You just nodded in response and thanked Yula before searching for Lalita in the palace. This place is so much bigger than it looks.

You arrived at a curtain that was decorated with 𝑳𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒂 at the top. You clear your throat before calling out. "Lalita?" You called out before the curtain was pulled back.
