baby i dont think i can make it to our date night today . i got an extra shift at work :(

* third persons pov *
zach was used to it . this has been happening 4 times or even 5 times a week . when y/n got a new job , she barely had time to spend with zach . eventhough zach tried his best to plan dates , y/n would always cancel it last minute .
he really wanted to see her but circumstances weren't in his favour.
y/n's pov
what zach didn't know was that i am surprising him with his favourite drinks and snacks at the studio! ( the other boys too ) i can see he has been stressed out lately when working on songs so i hope im his stress reliever . i entered atlantic records and tried to search for the studio they were in . finally , i walked upon a sign that said ' why dont we ' . from the outside i can see , corbyn , daniel and jonah producing while jack and zach were just bopping to music ? i guess ? i didnt bother knocking so i just entered the room . all heads immediately turn .
zach's pov
i was sad that y/n cancelled date night but i was not surprised. i was happy that she got a job but that caused her to spend less time with me ... the boys and i were just cooking some beats when the door flew open . there stood y/n with her hands full of white claws and snacks . my face immediately lit up and i flew straight into her arms
' omg you're here ' i jumped in excitement .
' baby i just wanted to surprise you , ofc i want to spend time with you ' she stroked my back while hugging me tightly .
' i missed you so much ' i said with glee .
' oh let me teach you how to play guitar ' i randomly said while picking up the nearest one .
y/n's pov
i had absolutely no idea how to play the guitar .
zach came behind me and sat down. he helped me place my hand correctly while i strum the chords .
' you're doing so good baby '
' thanks zach , i have a good teacher ' i giggled .
' i think we better leave before we interrupt something ' said the boys while laughing.
zach flip them off which made all of us laugh .
' best date night ever ' zach said .
