Homcoming -Chapter 5

We got to Avenger's tower and I went to the elevator and went up towards the level my room was on. I got to the level and walked to my room but Happy stopped me "Amber, we are moving out of the Tower by tomorrow so whatever you have pack it up and give it to the movers to move to the new location" Happy told me "ok, thank you" I said and he nodded and I walked into my room and began to pack my stuff up which didn't take long since I didn't have much in the first place.

After I packed I began to get ready for Homecoming. I looked at my dress and decided to go with a dark blue and white eyeshadow and a light pink lip for the makeup and I curled my hair and pulled a two strands from each side of my face to the back of my head loosely and used Bobby pins to hold it there. I looked at the time and I had to get to Homecoming in a hour and a half.

I changed into my dress and put on a pair of silver heels and grabbed a small bag and put my phone and a few other essentials in it and closed it. I put on two bracelets one for my suit and the other for communication, just in case. I clipped the two bracelets onto my wrist and walked out of my room. I got to the elevator and pressed the lobby and the elevator went down.

I got out and walked to the exit of the building and got into Happy's car. He drove off and we were on our way to school while I watched the sunset.

We got to school and I got out of the car and thanked Happy and I walked into the school and went to the gymnasium. There was loud music and it was dark with disco lights. I walked in and I went to the outside of the dance floor waiting for anything to happen.

After a few minutes Peter walked in with Liz and he looked horrified. I tried to walk over to them but I couldn't get there. Peter walked away from Liz and I started to follow him, on my way to where Peter was I changed into my suit. I opened the door quietly and I heard a guy "he gave you a choice, you chose wrong" the guy said "what the hell?" Peter said and they looked at Peter in his old suit "what up with the crappy suit?" The guy asked and I looked around the bus parking lot and I saw both of Peter's web shooters on opposite sides of the parking lot. The guy got ready to fire the thing on his wrist at Peter again, Peter got up from the floor and ran towards one of the web shooters. The guy walked over to a bus and punched it towards Peter "shit" I said to myself I walked out of the door all the way and it closed making a loud noise getting the attention the guy with the weird wrist gun thing. "Who the hell are you?" He asked "that's not your business" I said and he got ready to fire is gun thing at me and I made a illusion so he would attack her instead while I used my telekinesis to stop the bus.

"I wasn't sure about this thing at first but damn" the guy said and fired another blast at us. It shot Peter all the way back into a bus and I flew back and my back hit the bus. The guy came over to the bus and punched it making it turn over multiple times 'freeze the machine' I thought to myself. Now the only problem is getting his attention. I stood up and walked into his line of sight "hey Asshole, over here" I yelled and he turned towards and prepared to blast me but I shot ice at him and he flew back and hit the back of another bus. His weapon was broken with pieces of ice hanging off of it. I ran over to the tipped over bus and went inside, Peter stood up "let's go" I said and he nodded and we left the bus. I looked over and saw Ned holding one of the web shooters and he tossed it towards Peter and Peter shot the guy with his web shooters and Ned looked at the guy and then back at me "did you do that?" He asked "uh, yeah" I said "cool" he said and Peter walked up to him "Ned, the guy with the wings is Liz's dad," Peter said "what?" Ned and I said at the same time "I know, I need to tell Mr. Stark, call Happy Hogan he's Mr. Starks head of security and uh, get a computer to track my phone for me. We got to catch him before he leaves town." Peter said, Ned turned around and went back into the school.

Peter landed on Flash's car "Flash, I need you car and your phone" Peter said "technically this is my dads car, sir, so I-I can't" Flash tried but he gave Peter his car anyways.

Peter and I drove away and he was hitting literally everything on his way out of the parking lot.

"Hello, Ned.  Can you hear me?" Peter asked Ned "go for Ned" Ned said "Ned I need you to track my phone for me?" Peter said "yeah, but where is it?" Ned asked "genius move, he just passed the GameStop on Jackson avenue" Ned said "hey! Where are the headlights on this thing? I'm in Flash's car" Peter said "I'll pull the specs" Ned said "you're on speaker" Peter said "you stole Flash's car, awesome" Ned said with a laugh "yeah, it's awesome, awe-" Peter stopped talking when he almost hit a bus "move, move, move!" Peter yelled "Peter, are you okay?" Ned asked "I've never really driven before, just with May in parking lots. This is a big step up" Peter said.
