The Girl From The Red Room

Mission -Chapter 3

Amber's P.O.V

I woke up and changed out of my pajamas and into my work uniform which consisted of a black body suit and a belt around my waist to carry anything I need. At the moment it had a few weapons on it and my Shield ID card. I put my black hair up into a ponytail and walked out of my room. I got to the command center and Agent Hill saw me and smiled and walked up to me "good morning, Agent" she said "good morning" I said "Director Fury needs to speak with you in his office" Agent Hill stated "ok, thank you" I said and I turned around and made my way to where Fury's office was.

I got to Fury's office and knocked on the door "come in" said a deep voice from inside the room that I recognized as Director Fury's. I opened the door and walked inside and sat down in front of him "Tony Stark has requested your help for a situation that he got himself into" Fury said "what is the situation?" I asked "a high school kid named Peter Parker, Mr. Stark said that he has been getting himself in trouble recently and he needs someone on the inside to help him out" Fury said "and he choose me because I'm sixteen" I stated and Fury nodded "exactly. You will be going to Mr. Starks house in a hour to talk stuff over with him so pack your stuff" Fury said and I nodded "dismissed" he said and I stood up from my chair and walked out of the room and went towards my room to start packing my stuff.

I finished packing and changed into a black shirt, dark blue jeans, and combat boots and I left the base of Shield with a duffle bag on my shoulder. I found a black limousine and the passenger side window went down "Amber Petrova?" The driver asked "yes?" I said confused "get in" he said and I opened the door at the back of the limousine and got inside and was greeted by Tony Stark sitting across from me "hello Amber," he said "hello, Mr. Stark" I said and sat down. He began to give me the rundown about the High schooler and about how he has been getting I trouble with being places he shouldn't.

We got to Mr. Starks house and it was a tall building called Avengers tower and the driver stopped and parked the car "thanks, Happy" Tony said and he got out of the car and I followed. We walked into the building and we went into an elevator "I'm glad you agreed because you start school tomorrow" Tony said and my eyes widened "what? Tomorrow?" I asked "yes and the school is here in Queens, it's called Midtown high school" Tony said and I kept quiet.

The elevator dinged and the doors opened and I walked into the familiar room of the living room "your room is down the hall to the left" he said and I nodded and went down the hallway and opened the door to my left and went inside the room. It had a queen size bed in the middle, a desk by the window and two nightstands on each side of the bed, it also had a closet to the left side of the bed. I walked further into the room and set my bag down on the bed and looked around with a smile "glad you like it" said Tony from the doorway "yeah, it's great" I said and he smiled and left the doorway and went down the hallway.

After a hour or so Tony came back to my room and he had something in his hands. He knocked on the wall to tell me he was there and I turned around "hey, Tony" I said and he held out a bracelet and I stood up and took it "what is it?" I asked "it's a communicator, but with a few adjustments and less noticeable and more natural" Tony stated "thanks, it's a beautiful bracelet" I said with a smile and he nodded and left the room.

I unpacked my stuff and looked at my phone and it was 9:30-ish so I decided to call it a night and go to bed.

I woke up the next morning to my alarm going off and I sat up and went to my closet and picked out a outfit, which was black jeans, red tank top and a black leather jacket and heeled ankle boots which made me go from 5'3 to 5'5. I walked out of my room and went into the kitchen and grabbed some food and ate. I went back to my room and grabbed my bag off of my desk chair and I walked out of my room and went to the elevator and it started to go down.

I got to the lobby and saw Happy waiting there in a car that is less noticeable aka a black SUV. I got in and Happy began to drive away from Avenger's Tower.

We drove up to the school that currently had people walking through its doors. I sighed opened the car door and grabbed my bag and stepped out of the car. I waved bye to Happy and walked up to the doors and entered the school. I walked in and I saw a girl with brown curly hair and had an interesting fashion sense, I walked up to her and she turned towards me "hi, I was wondering if you could point me in the direction of the registration office?" I asked "yeah, it's through that hallway and to the right" she said in a monotoned voice and I smiled at her "thank you" I said and walked down the hall she pointed at and I found the registration office after taking the right turn. I opened the door and walked in and there was a kind looking old lady at the front desk. I walked up to her "hi, I'm Amber Petrova, I'm new and I was hoping you could give me my class schedule?" I asked her and the old woman smiled at my "of course, dear. Amber Petrov, you said?" The woman asked "yes" I said and she went through multiple files until she found mine. She took out a piece of paper and handed it to me "there you go and the girl behind you is going to show you around" the woman said "thank you" I said and turned around and was greeted by a beautiful brown skinned girl with brown hair. She smiled at me and held out her hand "I'm Liz Allen, nice to meet you!" She said and I took her hand and shook it "Amber Petrova, nice to meet you too" I said with a little bit of my Russian accent slipping through when I said my last name.
