Chapter 24

Daisy PoV.

I'm really worried about my mother, she's missing dad loads I wish when I grow up that I would love someone this much, she's been sleeping on the settee because the room reminded her to much of him and it didn't feel right, I miss my dad to though.

I get out of bed and go downstairs to see if my mother is down there but surprisingly she's not, -olga where's my mother?- I ask and she turned to me as she's cleaning, -she's up in her room darling- wow in her room there's improvement, I go upstairs and she's laying in bed sleeping with daddy's shirt on.

I gently climb into bed by hear and she slowly starts to wake, when she sees me she smiled softly and wraps her arms around me, I snuggled up to her and put my head on her chest, -morning sweety- she said and I smiled up to her, -you got daddy's shirt on- I said and she looked down and nodded.

-I feel like he's hear with me if I wear it- she said and I sighed deeply, -I wish I'll meet someone and fall in love just like you and daddy- I said and she stroked my face and played with me hair, I looked up to her and she smiled warmly, -with your looks, voice and personality you will be breaking hearts everywhere- she laughed and so did I, -right I'm going in the toilet I'll be back- she said and went into the bathroom then her phone started to ring.

I looked over to it and it read army base, I answered it immediately and it was my dad, -dad!- I shouted happily across the phone and I could hear him laugh, -hello my angel, I can't wait to see you and mammy again-

-we can't wait to see you either, mammy's really suffering she misses you loads, she wore your top to bed last night, she's sleeps on the settee and she's misses you badly- I said and I can hear him sigh sadly, -tell mammy I love her with all my heart and that I'll call her before she goes to sleep tonight, I love you loads to sweety have a good day- he said and then the phone hung up.
