Chapter 1

*Tayler Holder's POV*

I laughed softly sitting there on Jake's bed as he got ready for his party, Bryce beside me.

"You guys are going to love everyone here. I only invited the best people I could find," Jake smirked, walking out in a bright yellow shirt, a big smile on his face.

"Man, I'm so excited to see what you've got going on," I laughed, the door-busting open causing Jake, Bryce and I all to jump only to see Logan standing there, a big smile on his face.

"Brother Jakey, when is she going to be here?" Logan smirked, walking over and wrapping his arm around Jake.

"Who?" Jake grinned, winking at Bryce and me as if we were supposed to know what was going on.

"Jake," Logan hissed, glaring at him as Jake just laughed.

"Gray said she'll be here and that means she'll be here. I didn't put a tracker on the girl," Jake laughed, pushing Logan off of him before walking over to where he kept his chains, looking through them as Bryce and I just looked at each other strangely.

"Who's Gray?" I chuckled, Jake and Logan both staring at me like I was crazy for not knowing who this girl was.

"Gray Thomas, nicknamed GT, which also stands for 'good time'," Logan smirked, leaning against Jake's dresser as Bryce and I looked at each other with confused looks before looking at Logan and Jake.

"Gray is this girl I met once at a party Tana brought me to. She's Logan's crush at the moment," Jake sighed, looking back at his chains, sliding one over his head.

"Jake did not describe her correctly. Gray is everything you want in a girl. Gray is a model and a singer. She does some karaoke at small cafes and bars here and there. She's actually an amazing singer but will never admit it, and therefore will probably never have a singing career even though she DEFINITELY could, but it doesn't matter because Gray models for Victoria Secret, Calvin Klein, Chanel, and Marc Jacobs just to name a few brands for you. Gray is also the smartest person I know. She didn't come out to LA until she was 19. She did a full year at Duke before coming out here, dropping out to be a model. She originally was studying biomedical engineering in hopes of one day being able to make prosthetics for animals," Logan bragged, Bryce and I just sitting there with our jaws on the floor as Logan described this girl who seemed too good to be true.

"Yeah, she's pretty okay," Jake laughed, all of us jumping as the door opened. A tall girl with this beautiful long hair, it was a mix of honey brown, red, and blonde, walked in. She had these big green eyes, her skin had a natural tan unlike most of the girls who were walking around with orange spray tans. She had on ripped black jeans, a snake skinned tube top, and little black boots on, a Gucci belt around her waist to spruce up her simple outfit.

"You talking about me, Paul?" She giggled, her nose scrunching slightly as she walked over, wrapping her arms around Jake.

"Hey, Gray," he laughed, hugging the girl back, all of us watching her every move. She let go of Jake, turning to Logan. She winked at him playfully, Logan's cheeks turning red as he laughed nervously, the girl walking over to him and hugging him tightly as she smiled over at us.

"You guys see Logey Doges here?" She giggled, placing her head on his chest as Bryce and I both fumbled, sitting up as we nodded our head, wiping the drool from our chins. "He's loved me since I first met him," she smiled, looking up at Logan whose face was bright red.

"Have not," he huffed as she just laughed, rolling her eyes.

"I'm Gray," she smiled, looking at Bryce and me.

"I'm Bryce," Bryce smirked as I just sat there, admiring her.

"That's Tayler," Jake laughed, patting my back as I jumped, smiling softly as she giggled.

"Nice to meet you guys. Now, if you'll excuse me I have to go and raid your fridge before people start showing up," she smiled, pointing at Jake as he just laughed, shaking his head.

"If you touch the chicken wings your dead," Jake laughed, Gray's face lighting up.

"Jake, you just made my week," she squealed before running out of the room.

"See what I'm saying," Logan whispered as Bryce and I both laughed softly, the two of us nodding our head.
