It's the end of the world....well, no. The end of the world already happened, and this is the aftermath. They don't know what happened, no one but Jisung. Although in all honesty, it doesn't matter. Because it's already happened. The world has already ended. This isn't a simulation. There isn't a hidden plot. It's just seven boys trying to stay alive as long as possible.

The land, although mostly barren, was still fairly the same. Flowers still bloomed, trees still grew, water still flowed. Nature was at its peak. Zero pollution. Zero man-made poison. Nature wasn't the problem. It was the cities. The civilizations, all brought to ruins. Roads were covered in a thick layer of dirt and debris. Buildings had been emptied, some fallen and crashed to the ground. Everything was abandoned. If you peered into a window, then I suggest you prepare yourself. You'll see scattered bodies, rotting away from time. The toys of children, now broken or useless. The school houses dark and lonely, reminding the boys of the better days. Before it all happened.

They didn't know if there was anyone else alive. And it's not like they can fly or travel anywhere. If they found a car and a working gas station, then they would have a few days to maybe a week to rest their feet, but other than that, they walked.

Thankfully, some basic, early 2000's technology still worked. At least letting the boys know what time and day and even year it was.

Temperature was always the same, within the 50 - 70ºf range. The sun rose and set regularly, but at night it was a void. Darker than dark, the black reigning down on them. They couldn't see the moon anymore, nor the stars. It was just darkness now.

Everything was darkness.
